I purchased a Pure EPluto in November 2023, excited about joining the electric vehicle revolution and expecting a reliable, eco-friendly mode of transportation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The very next day after my purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the throttle. While riding, the bike abruptly stopped without any prior warning signs, leaving me stranded. This was particularly frustrating as it happened during a busy commute, causing not only inconvenience but also safety concerns.To make matters worse, I had to push the bike back home for charging, which was both physically exhausting and time-consuming. Given that this issue occurred so soon after purchase, it raised serious doubts about the reliability and quality of the Pure EPluto.Seeking a resolution, I contacted Pure’s customer support, hoping for prompt and effective assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. The response was slow, and the solutions provided were inadequate. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem persisted, and I felt neglected as a customer. The lack of proper support and the inability to resolve the issue left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned.Investing in a vehicle is a significant decision, and reliable performance and good after-sales service are crucial factors. Regrettably, Pure has failed to meet these expectations. Get ready to pay for new battery every 2 years

I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

Company doesn't have spare parts in stock for more than 75 days, then why do they sell bikes, it is its responsibility to see that they have stock of spare parts and then they claim to the dealers that it is the responsibility to keep stock how come when the company itself doesn't have.
