My battery was in warranty, even during this time they charged me 4k, and next time they asked me 20k, i have filed consumer case with ev, battery is with ev now, within this time they are asking for exchange of new batter with 40k, during warranty pure ev team wont replace batter if anny issues, they will say battery will be serivced, first battery service taken 1 month, second time issue taken 3 months, now third time asking for 20k for battery fix.

Battery life is only 5000 km, you won't get any response from the company.
Not sure how they are opening showrooms even after 100's of cases in consumer courts.

Maintenance has also been minimal, with just regular check-ups at the service centre. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the charging time could be faster, but honestly, it’s not a deal breaker given how much I’m saving on fuel.

It’s lightweight, silent, and the balance is good. Now I use it for my daily shopping, going to the bank, or visiting friends nearby.
The best part is I don’t need to go to petrol stations anymore. Charging it at home is very easy, and the battery lasts long for my daily use. I feel happy that I’m riding something that doesn’t pollute and saves money. PURE EV has made a very thoughtful product that even older people can enjoy.
