If you have surplus black money and want a vehicle for one year and ready to through it to garbage you may buy it.But you should have one reliable petrol vehicle. Very very poor build quality and very expensive maintenance. Company people laugh at its resale value. Not the value for money. In place of one pure buy two petrol bikes, will turn out to be cheaper after two years.

I purchased the ev scooter in September 2021 and rode it but now the warranty is not useful for me because the dealer has not provided any type of claim on the battery problem and I am not recommending the ev scooter for purchase shortly. take care.

    I purchased a Pure EPluto in November 2023, excited about joining the electric vehicle revolution and expecting a reliable, eco-friendly mode of transportation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The very next day after my purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the throttle. While riding, the bike abruptly stopped without any prior warning signs, leaving me stranded. This was particularly frustrating as it happened during a busy commute, causing not only inconvenience but also safety concerns.
    To make matters worse, I had to push the bike back home for charging, which was both physically exhausting and time-consuming. Given that this issue occurred so soon after purchase, it raised serious doubts about the reliability and quality of the Pure EPluto.
    Seeking a resolution, I contacted Pure’s customer support, hoping for prompt and effective assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. The response was slow, and the solutions provided were inadequate. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem persisted, and I felt neglected as a customer. The lack of proper support and the inability to resolve the issue left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned.
    Investing in a vehicle is a significant decision, and reliable performance and good after-sales service are crucial factors. Regrettably, Pure has failed to meet these expectations. The combination of poor product performance and super customer support has severely affected my confidence in the brand.

    Do not buy this scooter you will lose your peace of mind. Pure EV is in heavy losses and dealers and service stations are mostly closed in Hyderabad. You can try their phone number it's out of service too. Scam Indian startup you can never get your scooty repaired. Thousands of people just left it as the company could not deal with complaints. It is not possible to get a service center and if you do not get it serviced there your warranty is void.

    At the time of buying, they told me the bike was super and like a dream bike. But after buying I came to know that this is a scrap bike.
    Just after 2 months there is a problem with the battery. The bike is shut down even after 4 points of charging. The authorized Service centre charged 5000 INR for this even though it is under warranty. After a few days, the charger was not working. They charged 3000 INT for this. And now the charger is not working. The company team told me to buy a new charger worth about 6000 INR.

    Poor battery very poor quality don't buy this bike service centre is fake when you are dropping the bike off for service they remove the working battery and install not working battery and you go for the next service they say the battery is not working and you say it's in warranty they say we do not know and they talk very rude.

    I have wasted Rs 100000 by purchasing this worst-ever scooty E trance Neo, just drove 3800 kms and the battery is gone. No service from the company, lame excuses from dealers about warranty and repair, Now asking me to purchase a new battery for Rs 40000, looting people, the government must intervene and stop this loot from the general public by these companies. No options all in vain.
    My life's worst ever experience. Feeling helpless.
    I suggest everyone never think about this Pure Ev Scooty.

    Earlier there was a problem with old vehicles but After the X platform introduction, My old vehicles also gave a good range upto 190 /charge with the eco mode speed of 50kms/hr. Whereas all other competitors are arai range and real-time range has a big gap. But in pure it's nearing the committed range.

    The battery is not at all good, after-sales service is worst, don't buy.
    With such a service Pure company will shut down very soon, and they will suffer as common people suffer after buying bile from them. The worst company showroom and service center also closed due to the company's behavior. the license should be withdrawn.

    Please don't buy, A Warranty from the company means repair the battery they won't give us replace, will take at least 3 to 4 months to replace or repair, this is the worst experience, to be honest, I have spent 95L and not even used 6 months, first batter problem took 1 month, second time take 2 months, third time 6 months now no update.

    While buying the showroom owner was treated well after the owner's experience was worse. It's been 2yrs I've been using the bike quality is not good and now the battery issue is worse so please don't buy this company bike. My battery has been gone just for 10k km telling me to buy me a new battery cost of rupees 40k. Worst feels

    Battery problem, not recommended for purchase. I purchased the ev scooter in September 2021 and rode it but now the warranty is not useful for me because the dealer has not provided any type of claim on the battery problem and I am not recommending the ev scooter for purchase shortly. take care.

  • Complete Disaster PURE-EV

    I purchased a Pure EPluto in November 2023, excited about joining the electric vehicle revolution and expecting a reliable, eco-friendly mode of transportation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The very next day after my purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the throttle. While riding, the bike abruptly stopped without any prior warning signs, leaving me stranded. This was particularly frustrating as it happened during a busy commute, causing not only inconvenience but also safety concerns.
    To make matters worse, I had to push the bike back home for charging, which was both physically exhausting and time-consuming. Given that this issue occurred so soon after purchase, it raised serious doubts about the reliability and quality of the Pure EPluto.
    Seeking a resolution, I contacted Pure’s customer support, hoping for prompt and effective assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. The response was slow, and the solutions provided were inadequate. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem persisted, and I felt neglected as a customer. The lack of proper support and the inability to resolve the issue left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned.
    Investing in a vehicle is a significant decision, and reliable performance and good after-sales service are crucial factors. Regrettably, Pure has failed to meet these expectations. The combination of poor product performance and super customer support has severely affected my confidence in the brand.

    Scam Indian startup
    Do not buy this scooter you will lose your peace of mind. Pure EV is in heavy losses and dealers and service stations are mostly closed in Hyderabad. You can try their phone number it's out of service too. Scam Indian startup you can never get your scooty repaired. Thousands of people just left it as the company could not deal with complaints. It is not possible to get a service center and if you do not get it serviced there your warranty is void.

    At the time of buying, they told me the bike was super and like a dream bike. But after buying I came to know that this is a scrap bike.
    Just after 2 months there is a problem with the battery. The bike is shut down even after 4 points of charging. The authorized Service centre charged 5000 INR for this even though it is under warranty. After a few days, the charger was not working. They charged 3000 INT for this. And now the charger is not working. The company team told me to buy a new charger worth about 6000 INR.

    Poor battery very poor quality don't buy this bike service centre is fake when you are dropping the bike off for service they remove the working battery and install not working battery and you go for the next service they say the battery is not working and you say it's in warranty they say we do not know and they talk very rude.

  • Worst ever experience wastage of hard earned money

    I have wasted Rs 100000 by purchasing this worst-ever scooty E trance Neo, just drove 3800 kms and the battery is gone. No service from the company, lame excuses from dealers about warranty and repair, Now asking me to purchase a new battery for Rs 40000, looting people, the government must intervene and stop this loot from the general public by these companies. No options all in vain.
    My life's worst ever experience. Feeling helpless.
    I suggest everyone never think about this Pure Ev Scooty.

    Earlier there was a problem with old vehicles but After the X platform introduction, My old vehicles also gave a good range upto 190 /charge with the eco mode speed of 50kms/hr. Whereas all other competitors are arai range and real-time range has a big gap. But in pure it's nearing the committed range.

    The battery is not at all good, after-sales service is worst, don't buy.
    With such a service Pure company will shut down very soon, and they will suffer as common people suffer after buying bile from them. The worst company showroom and service center also closed due to the company's behavior. the license should be withdrawn.

    Please don't buy, A Warranty from the company means repair the battery they won't give us replace, will take at least 3 to 4 months to replace or repair, this is the worst experience, to be honest, I have spent 95L and not even used 6 months, first batter problem took 1 month, second time take 2 months, third time 6 months now no update.
