Hi OLA
I am not expecting this kind of bad service from the OLA Team. I Made Big Mistake In My Life Purches For Ola Electric Bike.
Blody bugger what service you are providing & Call center information is not given, I purchased 1 year back OLA S1 PRO navy blue. logged a complaint on Sunday 31-03-2024 every day I call to call center but nobody can properly answer. My issues are 1) the display not working 2) the Handle was locked 3) the front & Back Disk brakes too much noise coming 4) the display Pannel was opened.
I Do Not Sujjest Anybody For Ola Bikes.

    This bike is really amazing. I didn’t see this type of bike at the time of buy. this really, this electrical bike looks like a normal bike. Ola bike millage is not accepted this much.
    This bike is worth 5 stars and more. I really recommend it to my friends.

    The bike is unreliable at best. Every now and then, some issue pops up out of nowhere and the bike comes to a standstill. However, this is the best part of Ola s1 pro
    When the bike decides to throw a mood, it simply won't budge thanks to some software issue or some glitch. And for the after-sales service, the less said, the better. Ola service should change its name to anything more suitable. Say ola disservice. Long queue, ever-lasting waiting period with no one to tend to your bike, non-availability of spare parts and anything else that you can think of. A complete mess. Not recommended at all. Save your money and save yourself from mental trauma

    1. Customer introduction from the showroom is good.
    2 . I loved it because of less noise.
    3. Looks are ok but l like the digital touchscreen.
    4. Service was ok but definitely try to increase the charging stations.
    5 . Pros pickup is good in ev segment, it comes average of 105km for a single charge, and also supports fast charging at the Ola charging station.
    Cons Looks are not attractive and the update has also some glitches.

    Worst Service for Ola
    Don't Buy Ola. Pathetic service
    I purchased it 1 year back in Rajajinagar showroom Ola s1 pro blu color. I Raised the complaint on 31st March 2024 for Roadside assistance at 2 pm but He came & Dropped me at Home at 9 pm because nobody could Accept Service on Sunday. ofter that Nobody can call regarding this issue keep on calling from Monday onwards (01.04.2024 ). I called the center but did not resolve my issue every day I called the Call center she/he closed the old Service request again and raised the new Complaint for home services Complaint on 10.04.2024. Complaint Number is 02829130. The problem is 1 ) the Display was Not working 2) the Handle is locked 3 ) the front & Back Disk is coming more Knoice 4) front Headlight Cover is Opened. I am very Disappoint with your Service & I am investing Rs: 1,75,000/- but it's not able to be used from 31st March 2024. Presently I am traveling by Bus kindly look into this matter & Resolve my Issue as soon as possible Worst Service for Ola.

    Ola Electric is the biggest scam. This bike is not even worth 50, 000. Poor quality, within 3 months lot of issues, the bike doesn’t charge, the touch screen doesn’t get active. Build quality is extremely bad and the bike gets all sorts of noise within 3 months. Better get a good petrol scooter. The money you spend on petrol will be lesser compared to the money you spend on solving the issues with Ola bikes. Full of software issues. Please don’t waste your money and time on this shit

    This scooter is very good and I have been driving it for 1 year now hence it has very good mileage and also gives very good backup. I ride it 70 kilometers every day.
    I have purchased three models of the S1 Pro for my family. Now there are three Ola S1 Pro in my family.
    Out of which one is first generation Ola Yashwant Pro and two are second generation. But Ola services are not good.

    Disappointing Experience with OLA Scooter: Unreliable Product and Subpar Customer Service
    As a recent purchaser of the OLA Scooter, I am deeply disappointed to share my experience with the product and the accompanying customer service. Within just two months of ownership, my electric scooter has broken down twice, both times due to the inability to unlock it.
    The recurring issue of the scooter failing to unlock has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also highlighted the unreliability of the product. Despite reaching out to the customer care center multiple times, the response has been nothing short of pathetic and poor.
    The frustration only compounded when I finally managed to schedule a technician visit, only to have them fail to show up. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is simply unacceptable.
    Additionally, the recent interaction with the service center manager left much to be desired.
    His insistence that I personally retrieve the scooter from a location 31 kilometers away from my residence showcases a complete disregard for customer convenience and a lack of empathy.
    In summary, my experience with OLA Electric has been nothing short of a nightmare.
    From the unreliable product to the subpar customer service, it is evident that the company fails to meet even the most basic expectations of quality and professionalism.
    I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from until they address these fundamental issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

    Design and Performance: What I admire most about the Ola S1 Pro is its stylish design and comfortable seating arrangement, which leaves a lasting impression on you. Moreover, the list of features is endless.
    Servicing and Maintenance: The eco-friendly and cost-efficient nature of servicing and maintenance has been remarkable. It ensures a smooth ride with minimal upkeep requirements.
    Pros: I particularly appreciate the spacious storage, excellent range per charge, and smooth driving experience offered by the Ola S1 Pro.
    Cons: My only gripe with the Ola S1 Pro is its high price point and I feel the handle lock should have been key-operated instead of electronic.

    Don't Buy Ola. Pathetic service
    I purchased it 1 year back in Rajajinagar showroom Ola s1 pro blu color. I Raised the complaint on 31st March 2024 for Roadside assistance at 2 pm but He came & Dropped me at Home at 9 pm because nobody could Accept Service on Sunday. ofter that Nobody can call regarding this issue keep on calling from Monday onwards (01.04.2024 ). I called the center but did not resolve my issue every day I called the Call center she/he closed the old Service request again and raised the new Complaint for home services Complaint on 10.04.2024. Complaint Number is 02829130. The problem is 1 ) the Display was Not working 2) the Handle is locked 3 ) the front & Back Disk is coming more Knoice 4) front Headlight Cover is Opened. I am very Disappoint with your Service & I am investing Rs: 1,75,000/- but it's not able to be used from 31st March 2024. Presently I am traveling by Bus kindly look into this matter & Resolve my Issue as soon as possible Worst Service for Ola.

    Ola Electric is the biggest scam. This bike is not even worth 50, 000. Poor quality, within 3 months lot of issues, the bike doesn’t charge, the touch screen doesn’t get active. Build quality is extremely bad and the bike gets all sorts of noise within 3 months. Better get a good petrol scooter. The money you spend on petrol will be lesser compared to the money you spend on solving the issues with Ola bikes. Full of software issues. Please don’t waste your money and time on this shit

    This scooter is very good and I have been driving it for 1 year now hence it has very good mileage and also gives very good backup. I ride it 70 kilometers every day.
    I have purchased three models of the S1 Pro for my family. Now there are three Ola S1 Pro in my family.
    Out of which one is first generation Ola Yashwant Pro and two are second generation. But Ola services are not good.

    Disappointing Experience with OLA Scooter: Unreliable Product and Subpar Customer Service
    As a recent purchaser of the OLA Scooter, I am deeply disappointed to share my experience with the product and the accompanying customer service. Within just two months of ownership, my electric scooter has broken down twice, both times due to the inability to unlock it.
    The recurring issue of the scooter failing to unlock has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also highlighted the unreliability of the product. Despite reaching out to the customer care center multiple times, the response has been nothing short of pathetic and poor.
    The frustration only compounded when I finally managed to schedule a technician visit, only to have them fail to show up. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is simply unacceptable.
    Additionally, the recent interaction with the service center manager left much to be desired.
    His insistence that I personally retrieve the scooter from a location 31 kilometers away from my residence showcases a complete disregard for customer convenience and a lack of empathy.
    In summary, my experience with OLA Electric has been nothing short of a nightmare.
    From the unreliable product to the subpar customer service, it is evident that the company fails to meet even the most basic expectations of quality and professionalism.
    I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from until they address these fundamental issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

    The bike is unreliable at best. Every now and then, some issue pops up out of nowhere and the bike comes to a standstill. However, this is the best part of Ola s1 pro
    When the bike decides to throw a mood, it simply won't budge thanks to some software issue or some glitch. And for the after-sales service, the less said, the better. Ola service should change its name to anything more suitable. Say ola disservice. Long queue, ever-lasting waiting period with no one to tend to your bike, non-availability of spare parts and anything else that you can think of. A complete mess. Not recommended at all. Save your money and save yourself from mental trauma

    1. Customer introduction from the showroom is good.
    2 . I loved it because of less noise.
    3. Looks are ok but l like the digital touchscreen.
    4. Service was ok but definitely try to increase the charging stations.
    5 . Pros pickup is good in ev segment, it comes average of 105km for a single charge, and also supports fast charging at the Ola charging station.
    Cons Looks are not attractive and the update has also some glitches.
