Royal Enfield launched its most affordable motorcycle in India as the Hunter 350. Its asking price starts from Rs 1,49,900 and goes all the way up to Rs 1,68,900 (both ex-showroom Delhi). If you are looking for other options with similar pricing, this list of alternatives is for you. 

TVS Ronin

Priced at Rs 1,68,750 (ex-showroom Delhi), the TVS Ronin is one of the direct alternatives (price-wise) for the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. It’s the Hosur-based brand’s latest offering and is powered by a 226cc single-cylinder motor. The output figures are rated at 20bhp and 19.93Nm. TVS has equipped the Ronin with USD forks and seven step preload adjustable monoshock. Its braking hardware comprises a single front and rear disc with dual-channel ABS. Not to mention, it also comes with TVS SmartXonnect Bluetooth function. 

KTM 125 Duke

If you are out for a rather youthful offering, the KTM 125 Duke too could be a legitimate contender. It retails at Rs 1,79,041 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. It dishes out 14.3bhp and 12Nm. The 125 Duke features LED illumination throughout and get a fully digital instrument console. It rides on USD front forks and a rear shock and gets disc brakes at both ends.

Another retro offering in the same price bracket that you can consider an alternative to the most affordable Royal Enfield is the Jawa 42. Retailing at Rs 1,81,357 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Jawa 42 sports retro bodywork all around. It gets a round headlight flanked by bulb indicators. Powering the Jawa 42 is a single-cylinder 293cc motor belting out 26.95 bhp and 27.02 Nm. The bike’s equipped with spoked wheels and gets a disc brake at both ends. 

Suzuki Gixxer 250

In this mix, you also have the Suzuki Gixxer 250 with a price tag of Rs 1,81,400 (ex-showroom Delhi). Powered by a 249cc single cylinder motor, the Gixxer 250 dishes out 26.13 bhp and 22.2 Nm. It gets LED illumination and a fully digital instrument cluster. Overall, the Suzuki Gixxer 250 too makes for quite a youthful offering and a commendable commuter too.

It’s priced at Rs 1,83,900 (ex-showroom Delhi) and is loaded with features like traction control, quickshifter, smartphone connectivity and a fully digital instrument cluster. The R15 V4 houses a 155cc single-cylinder motor with VVA and makes 18.1bhp and 14.2Nm. Apart from the aforementioned features, it USD front forks with a monoshock at the rear and a front and rear disc brake with dual-channel ABS.
