BMW Motorrad has updated its most affordable adventure motorcycle- the G310 GS in India for 2024.
The motorcycle now gets a new colour scheme as part of the model year update. So, the BMW G310 GS is also available in a new Racing Red colour scheme that will be sold alongside the Kalamata Dark Gold Metallic, Cosmic Black and the iconic three-tone Sport paint option. Well, talking about the new paint scheme, it features red on the adventure-style beak, fuel tank and chassis.
However, the styling remains unaltered and continues with the single-pod LED headlight, flyscreen and an upswept exhaust with a luggage rack at the rear for good measure. As for its hardware, the BMW G310 GS rides on upside-down forks, a monoshock at the rear and ABS as standard. It also gets a 19/17-inch alloy wheel combo with dual-sport tyres.
The adventure motorcycle uses a 313cc, single-cylinder engine that churns out 33.5bhp at 9,250rpm and 28Nm and 7,500rpm. The GS also complies with E20 fuel requirements. Now, the addition of the new colour options hasn’t brought about any changes to its pricing. The motorcycle is priced at 3.25 lakh, ex-showroom. It rivals the KTM 250 Adventure and the Royal Enfield Himalayan here.
