This bike i perfect for racing lovers & those who watch their budget. But if you are in small city having a huge crowd and big traffic then your hand may catch pain due to its a little tight clutch.

Ultimately this bike is awesome and i love it like a fury

In this money, this bike is value for money and i think best bike in this range.Superb riding..Just awesome and very comfortable.Front view and side view is just like wow back side is so worse but overall ok and mileage 28km-32km per litre. Servicing is available near me and this are good. Maintenance is very costly.Pros, value for money, very good riding, looks are awesome, two sit and have many features like low fuel indicator etc.Overall great bike.Cons, back side view worse, mileage is too low.

Buying and riding experience was beautiful. Its my first bike, loved it. It gives mileage upto 28 in city [60 -90kmph] and 22-25[100kmph+] on highways. Its been a year now, beautiful performance and design. For almost 1000 kms ,the service cost is 4k to 5k,depends on way u maintain .So far only one con, little tough in city drive, mainly near speed breakers.

This bike is awesome! bought it in jan'19. Have been using it for daily commute, and a few rides.Pros - great handling, great refinement, amazing fit n finish, super heat management, good comfort (pillion is way more comfortable than r3, or the ktm), linear power delivery, awesome abs response. Some cons - changed the stock tyres with pirelli diablo rosso ii (the stock didn't provide the confidence. Also there was a wobble issue that was gone after the tyre change), ground clearance is a bit less for standard Indian roads (have to be very careful in the humps), maintenance cost is similar to a big super sport (which i find is not worth) even though spares cost less now. (clutch wire was ~250/- and fitting chage was ~400/-)But even with those cons, everytime i take this machine on the road, its just bliss!

Perfect commuter and bike to start racing. Easily reaches 160-170. Max up to 195.
Worth every penny, it reliable commute with amazing ride quality and control. Standout looks like a predecessor for zx10r.
Affordable service costs bit these are high-performance mean machines. So, you need to feed them the best.
Pros: looks, low maintenance, great mileage.

Buying experience - the buying experience will solely depend upon the dealer however do take test rides of all bikes you can and then decide.

Riding experience - the ninja 300 can be used as a daily ride. It is calm even in traffic however in bumper to bumper traffic one will need to be cautious due to other vehicles. The ninja 300 ground clearance is not less but it is less for Mumbai's certain speed-breakers especially with a pillion. The bike runs much better with a higher octane fuel.

Looks - looks you cannot deny as its a ninja however after market accessories do add to the beauty.

Performance - the performance is linear and not mad like the ktm but the power is there when you need just ensure you in the right gear as the 300 can cruise in tall gears

Service and maintenance - this can be a bit expensive compared to normal city bikes and also add to that most of the parts are imported and hence are expensive. Ensure to get service at authorised service centre and also follow service schedules

    Pros

Performance and mileage makes it a daily driver

    Quality parts ensure lasting parts

Not too bulky hence can squeeze thru places

    Looks and styling

    Cons

Ground clearance reduces (for high speed-breakers & potholes) when riding with pillion

Very little or almost nil storage space

Small/tiny spare need to be ordered

Monsoons muck splashes on rear seat/pillion

Muck splashes on radiator as front mudguard is short

    Suggested accessories(basic)

    Radiator guard

    Better windscreen (puig suggested)

    Adjustable levers

    Better headlight bulbs

Ebc brake pads instead of oem

Things i liked:Sharp looks, New instrument cluster, Seating position and comfort. Slipper clutch allows aggressive downshifts, High speed stability The overall quality seemed top notch.Things i didn't like as much:Looks a little short when viewed from upfront, Windscreen could have been more effective , possible after market options.Power delivery too linear.Overall, i think this is once again do it all bike. It can do track days, long distance touring, effective commuter. It can also take on some poor roads. With a premium of only 50-60k over the current 250r you get a modern motorcycle that is more powerful and looks better. Anybody looking for a 250r should seriously consider this instead.

This bike i perfect for racing lovers & those who watch their budget. But if you are in small city having a huge crowd and big traffic then your hand may catch pain due to its a little tight clutch.

Ultimately this bike is awesome and i love it like a fury
