Joy e-bike Scooters

Never buy joy e bike. That's just wasting your money Pathetic product, cheap quality, too costly. Zero on the name of service. Their batteries are useless. They warranty for 3 years and battery won't last even 2 years, moreover when you will put the replacement request on battery becoming dead, they will take 2-3 months for the replacement.

Never ever purchase this product, zero build quality, spares are sky rocket price , a handle lock is 1600 rs where as Activa or branded locks are available at 900 rs .break liver is 300 rs apx where as normal liver comes at 20 rs per side NEVER BUY THIS BRAND IT MAY BE CHEAPER TO BUY ,BUT VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN

I bought it on FEB 2023 After 1 year my joy scooter's Battery could not be charged, so I went to the joy showroom they took my battery and said that the Replacement time of the battery is 2 To 3 Months. So now I become a vehicle less... It was my primary vehicle, so the battery replacement process is very poor and horrible to survive in customer care they never give me actual time for battery replacement ... If you want to buy ev scooter you have to buy an extra battery for future safety.
