The Bajaj Pulsar N125 is the company’s new motorcycle in the 125cc space. It is aimed at the younger generation of buyers who want a stylish commuter without breaking the bank, while also not compromising on performance, fuel efficiency, and features.
The styling of the bike is youthful, fresh, and unlike Pulsars in the past. You’ve got sharp body panels, while some of them have a nice, floating effect. The tail section is sleeker in relation to the visually bulky front end. Overall, the bike looks good.
Bajaj is offering the Pulsar N125 in two variants - LED Disc and LED Disc BT. The base variant gets a slimmer rear tyre, smaller LCD, and a conventional self starter. Meanwhile, the top spec bike has bolder colours, bigger LCD with Bluetooth connectivity, wider rear tyre, and an Integrated Starter Generator or ISG for a silent start. It also gets switchable auto start/stop to extract as much fuel economy as possible.
Powering the bike is a 124.53cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 12bhp at 8,500rpm and 11Nm at 6,000rpm. It is paired with a five-speed gearbox.
As for the chassis, the bike employs a new frame that uses the engine as the stressed member. It is suspended by a telescopic fork and a preload adjustable monoshock. The bike rides on 17-inch wheels, while braking duties are taken care of by a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. CBS or combined braking system comes,as standard.
There are a total of seven colours on offer. These are called Ebony Black/Cocktail Wine Red, Pewter Grey/Citrus Rush, Ebony Black/Purple Fury, Pearl Metallic White, Ebony Black, Cocktail Wine Red, Caribbean Blue.
In terms of competition, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 goes up against the TVS Raider and the Hero Xtreme 125R.

The Pulsar N125 steps into the 125cc segment with serious street presence. The aggressive headlamp design, sharp tank shrouds, and muscular stance make it look way bigger than just a 125. It carries that bold Pulsar DNA proudly.Under the tank, the 125cc engine feels smooth and refined. Throttle response is quick, making city rides fun and effortless. Whether you’re weaving through traffic or cruising on open roads, the N125 keeps things lively without compromising comfort. The riding posture is sporty yet relaxed — perfect for daily commuting and occasional long rides. Suspension handles bumps decently, and the bike feels stable even at higher speeds for its segment. The digital instrument cluster adds a modern touch, giving useful information at a glance. Plus, the lightweight frame makes handling easy, especially for beginners or college riders. What I Liked:Aggressive streetfighter stylingSmooth and punchy engineComfortable for daily useGood balance of mileage and performanceFinal Verdict:If you want a bike that looks bold, rides smoothly, and fits perfectly into daily city life without burning fuel, the Pulsar N125 is a strong contender. It’s stylish, practical, and carries the Pulsar legacy with confidence.

I bought this bike but after 11 months, I sold it. At first, some tik tik sound coming from this than few months later, you see some issues such as starting problem, gear shift problem, mileage drop and many more. The service centre boy also suggest me as soon as possible. The seat is not as comfortable as that of another 125 cc bike. If you buy your first bike in your life than I say please ignore it and try another model or company. Thank you.

Best 125 cc pulsar bike for daily uses

Recently bought the Bajaj Pulsar N125 and my experience has been excellent so far. Buying process smooth tha aur delivery bhi time par mil gayi. Bike ka design fresh aur sporty lagta hai, especially tank shrouds aur LED setup. Riding experience kaafi comfortable hai, city traffic me lightweight feel hoti hai aur pickup bhi 125cc segment me impressive lagta hai. Engine smooth hai, vibration kam feel hote hain. Mileage mujhe 50–55 kmpl ke aas-paas mil raha hai jo daily commute ke liye perfect hai. Braking confident feel hoti hai and overall handling tight and stable lagti hai. Servicing cost bhi affordable hai. Pros: Stylish looks, good mileage, strong build, smooth engine. Cons: Rear tyre thoda wider hota toh aur confidence aata. Overall, N125 ek perfect 125cc bike hai jo performance, looks aur practicality ka best mix deti hai.” bike achi hai it's value of money, I am happy

Realistic review

Nakshatra Sharma
The Bajaj Pulsar lineage is synonymous with sporty performance and aggressive styling in the commuter segment. The Pulsar NS 125 is Bajaj’s attempt to bring that famed ‘Naked Sport’ DNA to the entry-level 125cc class, aiming squarely at young riders and those upgrading from 100cc bikes. After spending a week commuting and tackling city traffic with this machine, it’s clear the NS 125 delivers exactly what it promises: a dash of aggressive fun packaged in an efficient, commuter-friendly format.Visually, the NS 125 is virtually indistinguishable from its larger siblings, the NS 160 and NS 200. This is its biggest aesthetic strength. The muscular fuel tank, the signature wolf-eyed headlamp, the split seat configuration, and the belly pan all contribute to a sporty, premium look that belies its 125cc heart. It possesses excellent road presence, turning heads where other 125cc bikes fade into the background. The build quality feels sturdy, with tight panel gaps and durable plastics, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of daily urban use.Underneath the aggressive skin is a 124.45cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. While the ‘NS’ badge might suggest raw power, the 125 is tuned for smooth, accessible performance, generating a respectable 12 \text{ horsepower} and 11 \text{ Nm} of peak torque. The power delivery is linear, making it exceptionally easy to manage in congested city traffic. It pulls cleanly from low speeds and hits its sweet spot between 40 \text{ km/h} and 70 \text{ km/h}, making quick overtakes simple. Crucially, the engine is refined for a Pulsar, with vibrations only creeping in at the very top end of the rev range. Coupled with a smooth five-speed gearbox, the riding experience is engaging yet comfortable. One of the NS 125’s standout features is its handling. Built on the same perimeter frame as the higher NS models, it offers stability and confidence not typically found in the segment. The bike feels light (at around 144 \text{ kg} curb weight) and flickable, allowing riders to navigate tight corners and heavy traffic with ease. The suspension setup—telescopic forks up front and a monoshock at the rear—is well-calibrated, soaking up most potholes and bumps without jarring the rider. Braking is handled by a 240 \text{ mm} disc at the front and a drum at the rear, offering adequate stopping power, though the absence of an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), even a single-channel unit, is a notable omission that Bajaj might want to address in future updates.Ultimately, the Pulsar NS 125 is a compelling choice for the rider who prioritizes style and a sporty feel without sacrificing fuel economy. It’s an aggressive-looking commuter that offers reliable performance, excellent handling dynamics, and genuine Pulsar pedigree. While it sits at a slightly higher price point than some rivals, the visual appeal and chassis competence make it a worthwhile investment for those seeking a stylish, fun-to-ride entry-level motorcycle.Verdict: The best-looking 125cc bike on the road, offering premium handling at a commuter price.

Very good bike

Very good bike and good ride If I sum it up: Yes — if your priority is a sporty-looking 125cc bike for city use + occasional main-road use; you like the brand and the look; you are fine with moderate highway use and aware of the service network; and you want modern features at a good price — then the Pulsar N125 is a very competitive option. On the flip side, if your priority is maximum highway cruising comfort, ultra-low maintenance, or top‐tier service experience above all, you might compare alternatives (for example in the same 125cc class) just to see trade-offs.

Love it for how it rides but hate the quality

Budde Devendar
I bought it in January and I'm writing this review on September.Pros:Good seating position we can do long rides.Good clutch and good shifting.Top notch as a beginner bike.Cons:First of all you don't get it's spare parts widely.Second it had pretty bad quality like when I tried to adjust throttle play the throttle adjuster nut broke and later when I tried to adjust chain play the chain adjuster nut broke.Infact on the same day I bought it it got battery recoil or something issue .The wiring is messy. The service people don't know how to work with it cause it's new.I suggest you to buy it if you are a beginner and you are gonna learn riding on it and sell it like anyone whose not gonna use it as a long term motorcycle can buy it and it's awesome but as a long term motorcycle it's not reliable. Thanks

Biggest Mistake of My Life – Bajaj, You’ve Outdone Yourself in Making Junk!
Ranit Bhadra
This bike is pure trash from day one. The build quality is pathetic – cheap plastic, loose fittings, and a speedometer that literally drowns when it rains. One drizzle and water gets in, killing the bike completely. The service centre “fixed” it by replacing the speedometer, but surprise… the exact same problem came back. Then comes the royal pain – pull the clutch and the engine shuts off like it’s had enough of life. The so-called “trained” Bajaj service guys stand scratching their heads because they have no clue how to fix it.At the 3rd servicing, they changed God knows what, slapped me with a ₹3,000 bill, and somehow made the bike even worse. Now it feels like every alternate Saturday is reserved for sitting in Bajaj’s service centre, watching my time and money go down the drain.Bajaj, if your goal was to sell scrap metal disguised as a bike, congratulations – mission accomplished. This isn’t a two-wheeler, it’s a rolling nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and never, ever waste your hard-earned money on this disaster.
