The Scrambler Café Racer, as the name suggests, is the café racer version of the standard Scrambler Icon. The design is reminiscent of the racing motorcycles of the 60’s and is targeted at modern-classic motorcycle enthusiasts.
The bike features a short fly screen, a café racer styled seat with a removable rear seat cowl, black paint with gold wheels. It even sports a number decal to replicate the classic racers. The Scrambler Café Racer has an aggressive riding position thanks to the low-slung clip-on handlebars.
The Scrambler Café Racer uses a 803cc air-cooled L-twin engine that produces 74bhp and 68Nm of torque through a six-speed gearbox. A Termignoni dual-barrel exhaust accentuates the appearance of the bike. Suspension duties are taken care of by fully-adjustable 41mm upside-down forks and a preload adjustable rear monoshock. The Café Racer sits on 17-inch wheels wrapped with Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres.
The motorcycle is built to compete against the Triumph Bonneville T100 and Harley Davidson Iron 883. The Scrambler Café Racer is priced at Rs 9.32 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi)
