Purchased on 20th march 2026the Pulsar 150 used to be much cheaper years ago, the new Bluetooth Edition with dual-channel ABS (or upgraded braking), fuel injection (FI), and latest emissions compliance has pushed the "on-road" price significantly higher.Dealer Variations: Prices do vary slightly between dealers due to local handling charges, accessories, and insurance tie-ups, but the base price is usually standard. The Verdict: You paid for the latest tech. While it feels heavy on the pocket, it’s currently the market standard for a 150cc bike with smart features.Performance & First ServiceIt’s great to hear that you’re noticing an improvement after the 700 km service. The "Run-in" Period: New engines are often tight. After the first oil change, friction reduces, which explains why the bike feels smoother and your mileage is climbing.Features: The Bluetooth connectivity and real-time mileage indicator are excellent tools to help you adjust your riding style for even better fuel efficiency.Dealership Management: The "Lazy" FactorThis is where your experience took a hit. While the Manager at the Parkal sub-branch (Select Bajaj) was friendly, their operational efficiency seems very poor.Registration & Insurance Delays: Getting your Insurance and TR (Temporary Registration) 7 days after delivery is actually a serious lapse. Technically, a bike shouldn't leave the showroom without insurance coverage for your safety.Permanent Registration (PR): A 30-day delay without an update is unacceptable. Usually, the RTO process is initiated within 15 days. If they only act when you visit in person, it shows a lack of a "Customer Relationship Management" (CRM) system.Your Rating (1/10): Your frustration is justified. Good behavior from a manager is nice, but it doesn't replace professional efficiency.

The Perfect Blend of Power, Efficiency, and Reliability

Unmatched Power & Mileage, But Needs Better ComfortReview Text:"I have completed nearly 70,000 km on my Bajaj Pulsar 150. Whether it’s city traffic or long highway stretches, the driving experience is top-notch. The engine is exceptionally reliable and delivers a fantastic mileage of 55 km/l in the city and 58 km/l on highways with regular maintenance. However, the only thing holding it back is the seating comfort. The riding posture causes fatigue on long trips, and it is quite uncomfortable for the pillion passenger. I believe if Bajaj made the seating more ergonomic, there would be no competition for this bike in India. It stays true to its 'Definitely Male' tag in terms of power, but comfort remains its only drawback

The new Bajaj Pulsar 150 gives a smooth riding experience with excellent pickup and comfortable seating. The engine performance is very refined, and the dual-disc braking system provides great safety and control on highways. Mileage is also good for a 150cc bike. The sporty design, projector-style look, and stable handling make it perfect for both city rides and long journeys. Overall, it is a reliable and stylish bike with strong performance.
