I have purchased an urban version and I have been using it for the last year. Crossed 3800 km so far..already had a charging problem, and spent a considerable amount. Now not able to charge more than 70%. Only look and comfort is good but not reliable, customer service is poor, high maintenance. I will highly recommend not buying this, you will feel cheated by a company

Bajaj Chetak is a very good scooter, but the service is very poor, no one is answerable, no phone pick up, and one submitted at the service station there was no guarantee when it comes to the need to improve the service station at least one telecaster extra for attend phone call give statutes of scooters.

Chetak ‘A full Of Problems’

Don’t buy chetak this scooty is full of problems, when you cover the first problem the another problem will arise then again another, the cycle of the problem goes continuously, as it also takes weeks and months for repairs. So as an experienced rider, I will not suggest anyone buy Chetak, take Activa, and be happy with their scooty.
