I suggest you to don't buy this useless vehicle....Service in Thiruvananthapuram is very bad and they are not treating customers. Second day after purchasing this vehicle oil cap is broken and oil completely drained... Now fuel pump is complaint....Every week i will go to service center...Vespa note..After first service done, on the way back to home vehicle turned off because staffs in service center did not connect the battery properly ...The next day I went to service center riding around 20 kms one side...This is very poor. They are treating customers ..Now i don't know what to do...Due to fuel pump complaint vehicle turned off road side....Spare parts are not getting on time....

Worse experience with Vespa

Poor experience with all means except looks. I had purchased my dream scooter Vespa on 22/4/2021 with lot of expectation. But from that date onwards, more than 10 times. I went to service center. Problems like Starting problem, more than 3 times I changed battery. Cut cut sound coming while riding. Speedometer complaint, Sudden off scooter while driving. Then after quicker start required for restart. Such a worst scooter, I can't explain. Please nobody choose this scooter

Beauty turns to a horror

Got this beautiful piece of the bike with lots of excitement. But gradually got to know the horrors hidden behind this bike. Long trips cannot be gone with this, because any problem with the vespa will not be handled by normal mechanics, the engine is located very close to the ground due to which less ground clearance. When we have any issues related to the bike the service center of Vespa fails to rectify them even after repeated requests. Mileage is also the least compared to other bikes on market.Very disappointed with Vespa.
