Defect clutch plate

I bought this two-wheeler on August 2022, after 12,000km the clutch wire was damaged and the clutch plate was burned. Spare parts were not easily available from the showroom, and service centres were also fewer in Tamil Nadu state. This was purely a manufacturing defect but they were charging for all the items. Before taking this vehicle, please consider my message.

Service support needs to be improved as all service centers do not have Ronin Servicing right now.

I bought this fine machine on 24 Feb 2023 from om TVS, Neelam bata road Faridabad, as I am 54 yrs old, so I focused on a comfortable bike, the splendid outcome from TVs, purely Indian, excellent pickup, fuel economy I fetched nearly 48 KMPL, very comfortable, no vibration, very smooth at 80 km, slipper clutch is just awesome, usually pick up nicely even below 15kmph at third and fourth gear, no to shift the gear, lovely sound, Tvs should work for ronin accessories availability at showrooms like lady pillion footrest, saddle, rear helmet box, front mudguard widen mudflap as I find my shoes full of mud and dirt after driving, rear mud flap, handle the weight, etc. I touched nearly 800 km driving, awaiting the first service after a week or so.

I am the first buyer of this bike in 2023 from trichur tvs dealer in thrissur district.
And while sharing this review, I intend to make it clear to anyone who is confused to buy this bike with the option of any other bike in mind.
That is, this bike is just unmatched, the level of comfort you get on cruising is unparallel. The only bike which I felt as comfortable with as this was h'ness during my time of test riding. I test-rode almost all bikes of 200cc and above.
Starting from the hunter, classic 350, xpulse, hornet 2.0, cb200, and h'ness apart from ronin, and finalized with ronin because of sheer comfort,
I am a daily commuter to an office of 26 km from my town, and I used to depend on the bus before buying my ronin, and for 3 months now I am on it, and there is no significant difference between my state after reaching home from the office. And it is absolutely value for money as well since it gives an average mileage of 45 minimum to 49 km/liter of petrol.
Don't be confused, go straight to the tvs premium showroom nearby you and give the token, and wait for delivery,
Just make your mind a little bit cool out of the thought of re-brand value among the public around you, just think tvs is the brand that jointly produces rr310 and g310r of bmw...What else do you need.....

The buying experience is fantastic! tvs geared up their staff presentation. Everyone was super cool and bright!
Riding it every day for a daily commute and occasional long rides. Off-road a couple of times. Turns out to be a best in class. One super likable in ronin is its exhaust—a real head-turner when it revs. Braking is good, reliable even cornering at 40-60. Roars on the road. I got dual channel abs, and Bluetooth connectivity [i won't be using it]. Fun fact: if you wanna stick your mobile on the handlebar, use it in landscape mode. It gives u a great look.
Rode it in varying different conditions and I use it super rough. Still hasn't lost the day-one feel. Everything is firm, with no noises, and no loose ends.
Overall I would recommend it and rate it a 5/5.

Using this for 3 weeks now, bike is very smooth, has a good pickup, and looks decent mileage(yet to check FTF basis). ABS is good & ride is comfortable. It gives proper balance & makes us feel 160kg bike is lightweight.
The seat could have been a bit lengthy, but that does not look like a big issue. Have to check long-ride performance and post review again.

The buying experience was very good and smooth. It gives a very smooth riding experience, the comfortable seats give pleasure in riding the bike even for long distances. This is actually a very nice dispute of small spoilers, it is a budget beast packed with full of options. It has outstanding pick-up since the torque is high but I'm disappointed with the top speed max which 120km by squeezing the bike, 110km with a lot of vibration, 100km with a very smooth experience. Life-saving brakes, but boiling engine (only in traffic). About the service I'm highly disappointed, I took it from them, they provide bad first service. Now I'm in hyderabad and couldn't find a well-authorised tvs service centre, I can only see tvs service centres with 1 or 2 ratings, and there is no option to find out who is the authorised service centre as well. Haven't explored the maintenance. Pros are design, option-packed cluster, comfortable ride, above-average performance, outstanding pickup, and sexy exhaust note. Cons are high speed, tvs turn by turn navigation, fewer options in colour variants, and low beam light. Please do not trust turn-by-turn navigation and get into trouble, it needs a lot of improvement.
