Great bike with pathetic sales and horrible service experience.

The buying experience was the worst. I was just shown a dusty bike and asked to take it and go. They didn't even bother to clean the bike and deliver it. No demo was given nor was proper key handover done. Just gave my things and said that's it. Service is even worse, the call center is pathetic. Even after a week of giving my bike for service, there is no update. When I called back for service booking the attitude of the person on the call was horrible. I completed the call as I was in the middle of the meeting. He called me back and started arguing. Call customer care but no one got back to even enquire what happened. Finally, I gave my bike for service and it's been 8 days but they have not even called me once to update me on what has happened and when will they deliver the vehicle. They are not responding to calls or messages. The bike is really good but please don't buy it or you will regret it later. Especially the Bangalore service center is pathetic and horrible.

Better research everything about the bike before buying. Especially in Bangalore as the sales and service are pathetic.

Worst revolt service

In Vizag, mutiny is served worst. They did not respond in time. I complained about my bike key (remote). Even after 4 months it has not been resolved. Since January I have been switching the MCB on and off. This is the worst experience and still facing. Over the course of a year, I faced many problems with the Revolt bike. If their service is good then the bike is worth buying. Otherwise it will be wasted.

The buying experience is good in my city. Riding is comfortable. This is the best-looking bike. Very stylish. It has 4 sound modes. It sounds like a sports bike. Servicing is good in my city. Charging is 4 hours. The range is fabulous 120 km. Pickup is good. I am using it for daily rides. Best purchase for my life.
