Reviews of PURE EV EPluto 7G

There are lots of problems with epluto 7g.
1) charger does not cut off power after full charging it turns green and red continuously.
2) battery shakes very badly while riding on bumpy roads, the battery may be damaged or the things kept inside the boot space may be damaged.
3) poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell that yes sire it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
4) back wheel brake makes noise whenever I apply a brake.
5) cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some excel blade looks so cheap.
6) front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year it will also start making noise on bumpy roads.
7) company logo "pure ev 7g" is pasted using double side tape, which feels so cheap.
8) battery holding box paint quality is so cheap.
9) because of the shaking of the battery inside the vehicle, the outer layer of the battery peels off & catches rust easily.
10) we need to press the seat very hard to lock it, only a strong man can lock the seat, for women, children, ladies, and senior citizens it is difficult to lock the seat (not difficult its impossible)
11) overall all the materials used for manufacturing this product are not that good.
12) overall it looks like some 2 college graduates made this vehicle as project work, it doesn't look professional.
13) all the above points are acceptable if this vehicle was a startup and not competing with any other scooters, but now this vehicle is costing more than other scooters in the same segment (bounce infinity, hero optima, and ampere magnus ex) so these mistakes are not acceptable.

Very pathetic scooter. I had sold my petrol scooter to switch to electric. One of the worst brands to choose. For my 7g model, I am getting only a 20 km range as to 100 guaranteed by the company. As this was an Indian startup we had chosen this but turns out to be the worst decision ever made.

I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

I had used this scooter for past 3 years worst support worst quality of material used in the scooter every 2 months there will be some issue with this scooter and no proper support from the service center. I don't recommend to anyone they say they are locally manufacturing parts but if you have any damage or part replacement time for replacement is 1 to 2 months.

Six time my battery fail stop on road no response from customer care servicing please please don't bike this bike waste of money if you purchase this bike you should kee on road i have complain no use waste of time and energy very bad

Whenever I gave to service they will charge extra money saying that your display is damaged it cost near rs3000
Every 3 months they will charge for break bush etc..................
Please don't buy this bike instead of buying this buy any petrol bike its worth for money
We can use petrol bike max to 15years but this electric bike max to 2-3 years.

service people are not skilled and they will not treat you properly.

Very bad scooter.. Such a big waste of money… every single week I have to call the service people for this scooter’s complaints. Very easily rusting body parts. Pathetic braking system. Need changing every 1000 kms. End number of complaints about the scooter to deal with. Once you buy this scooter, your problems start. Kind advice..

Worst ever service from pure. The battery didn't work after 4 months. They were sent to pure service and they returned after 20 days. After 3 months we got the same issue. Again they asked us to send the battery again, so you have to keep your bike aside for 20 more days. I can't use my bike for 40 days within one year.
Created multiple incidents with pure and no action from them.
Worst ever experience from the dealer also.
