Buying Experience was good and I m so Exited to buy this , but When I got the delivery We ridded only 30KM Scooter shutdown while riding in mobile app showing your bike is running but scooter not running no any support from ola
then i booked a porter tempo to towing my scooter to my home .
i had try lots of thing to do reset , i watch YouTube , a video which sent by ola support app but bike is not working
next day i had booked appointment for service at vashi Mumbai workshop . after confirmation appointment booked the porter to take service center my scooter
finally I reached the service center and submit the paper and appointment.
service person told me i have to complete some Necessary process . you please drop your bike at pay and park zone i'll call you then you come .
after five days no response when had lodge many complaint then bike taken for service after 3 days i got the call your claim under process take some time
then after 5 days when I called him for status , he told me your claim pass But 309 is still balance plz pay .
we paid immediate
after 5 days got a call he told me your bike battery is down and warranty reject please pay 12000 for battery
totally fraud and harassments.
never buy ola electric never trust him
i ll go in consumer forums for this Froud

The scooter’s storage capacity is a game-changer. It easily accommodates my regular groceries and even has room for a helmet and a bag. Two helmets came as a bundle. That means extra protection for your riding partner. The seats are wide and comfortable, allowing for long rides without any discomfort.
While the looks may not be its strongest point, the semi-naked dashboard and headlight add a unique charm to it. The scooter definitely turns heads wherever it goes. The storage is well-designed, comfortably fitting two helmets or a helmet and a bag, with some room to spare for small items.
The range is more than sufficient for daily commuting. A full charge can last me three days with an average commute distance of 20km. The battery-saver mode extends the range to 120km at a speed of 30kmph, which is perfect for slow-moving traffic. For those seeking a thrill, the sports mode offers a range of around 80-90km.
The leg space is somewhat limited but still adequate for holding parcels or small boxes. The EV’s connectivity with the phone, allowing it to act as a wireless key, is a neat feature, although it does require Bluetooth and location to be always ON.
The servicing can be a bit costly due to the assembly of some parts as one. For instance, when my brake lever chipped, the entire brake assembly had to be replaced, costing me 2000 instead of a few hundred. However, the service was quick.
Maintenance is straightforward and smooth. I charge my EV every third day and only need to check the tire pressure from time to time.
