My S1X horn many times continues noises since July but has not resolved my issue, now I driving an EV without a horn it is very dangerous. Very poor response by Ola Ride experience is also very bad. Many times Motor is OFF while ridingHub Motor creates jerks.I feel cheated by ola, neither Customer Care response nor Service Center response.

It's delivery sucks. Response is very bad.

Ordered this scooter on 9th Feb 2024 and was told the delivery would take place on April 9th 2024. Today is April 9th 2024 however no sign of delivery. From day 1 the status of my scooter says, document verification in progress. How long does the verification take place? Don't order this scooter. Its delivery sucks.

1)I love to ride this bike.2)Smooth experience when buying this bike3)this bike looks very beautiful and simple but its performance is very good and amazing.4) service was good but parts availability was not good.I think the company is working for that issue.5)All over are good please go nearby ola showroom and buy this bike and ride safely.
