- TVS Apache series prices increased
- Apache RTR 160 and RTR 180 hiked by Rs 1,295
- No mechanical or cosmetic changes
TVS Motor Company recently hiked the prices of its Apache range of motorcycles. Apart from the Apache RTR 200 4V and 160 4V, the prices of the RTR 160 and RTR 180 have also increased by Rs 1,295.
The Apache RTR 160 is available in two variants- Drum and Disc which were previously priced at Rs 1,02,070 and Rs 1,05.070. These models now demand Rs 1,03,365 and Rs 1,06,365 each. On the other hand, the Apache RTR 180 now costs Rs 1,09,565 as opposed to the previous pricing of Rs 1,08,270.
The hike in price hasn’t added any changes to the two motorcycles. The TVS Apache RTR 160 comes powered by 159cc, two-valve, air-cooled motor that churns out 15.1bhp and 13.9Nm. Whereas the RTR 180 uses a 177cc, two-valve motor that produces 16.5bhp and 15.5Nm. Both motors are paired to a five-speed gearbox.
