Hero MotoCorp has announced the launch of its new 24x7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) program. The RSA program will provide 24x7 assistance to customers all across India. Customers can access the service through the toll-free number or the Hero Customer App. The benefits of the RSA program include on-call support, repair on the spot, towing service to the nearest Hero workshop, fuel delivery, flat tyre support, battery jump-start, accidental assistance and key retrieval support.
Customers can avail the RSA program at an inaugural price of Rs 350 for an annual subscription. Buyers of the new Xtreme 160R, Xtreme 200S, and the XPulse 200 will get one-year complimentary RSA service subscription. This scheme is effective from 1 October 2020.
Apart from the new RSA program, Hero MotoCorp has also announced a Mega Service Carnival. This initiative is being organised at authorised Hero customer touchpoints and it is available until 10 October 2020. Customers can avail benefits such as discount on service labour charges, free washing/polishing/nitrogen filling, Annual Maintenance Contract Package (Joyride), attractive exchange offers up to Rs 3,000 on new vehicle purchase and additional points for GoodLife customers.
In more updates, Hero MotoCorp recently confirmed through a press statement that it has lined up several new product launches in the coming weeks to further boost the festive season sales.
