Superbike best riding bike. Best handling best breaking i enjoyed riding this bike best cost. Have the best milage. Looking sexy beast. Service charges too low i had done two services just 480. Overall good. Abs working is a good disc also working properly .60speed in 4.6 seconds. Overall performance is superb. Have parking light no one bike have this in 160cc.

Tips for Hero Xtreme 160R

Do the bike service in time and main point chain lubing evry month or twice in month.how you take care ur bike.bike is take care ur also.

I am using this bike for past 1 month. Mostly used to travel my hometown from Bhubaneswar, which is around 100 km. Riding comfort is awesome, even after 100+ km riding you won't feel any back pain. Mileage is 45kmpl + while riding at speed of 70-90 km/h. If you keep the speed under 50-60kmph then mileage will be 50-55 km/l Things that is not good in this bike is pillion seat. And there is no grab rail. And also I am getting a krriii krrii sound from the rear wheel to which hero said it's common for new bike, it stop after some days.

I live in Bengaluru. I am a doctor. Daily my commute is around 40 km's. I purchased this bike considering the expert review given by this site. 1. Buying experience: Hassle free from sai motors, banashankari 3rd stage. received bike with loan in 2 days. 2. Riding experience: Bike is very smooth and has the best suspension setup in bikes. I have ridden this bike for 7 months now. Light weight bike was my preference, it stands on it. 3. Looks: Very eye catchy, pleasing. 4. Performance: Very good for city rides. Not so good for highway rides. Bike cries for power when I cross 85 km/h speed. Brakes are good, but could have been better. Mileage is 48+ in city. Highway it is 52+. 5. Service: It is good and under the affordable budget category. 6. Pros: Stylish, very good city bike, mileage is 48+ in city, light weight. 7. Cons: Top end power is very disappointing. Needs much update, if possible. Pillion rider seat is not suitable for long rides.

With hero X-Treme 160 r hero finally entered the mid range bike arena which until now the Yamaha FZ, Bajaj Pulsar and the apache were enjoying. A fresh new robotic look with all new LED console and lights ( not to forget the hazard light button). With the sporty features it does well in city and highways as well. Riding position mostly upright and the expect a smooth ride. People may find the pillion seat being a bit small and no grab rails given except one that comes integrated by the sides of the rear seat. So far the servicing part is good with the hero motor workshop. Over all what the bike lacks in power makes up in fuel efficiency. Even though, you won't find any vibration even on 90 km/h. If you are looking for something new, sleek with a bit of fuel economy, X-treme 160R is the way to go.
