So when I first bought this bike home, I had a thing in my mind to enjoy riding more than thinking about when I would need to refill the tank and where do get the money, and honestly, I love to suggest everyone buy the bike. It has made my life more beautiful than it ever was. The bike does not have any issues according to my needs and best so far in this range. If people look out for something for better use than a showpiece, I would prefer everyone choose this bike over anything like Royal Enfield, for example. This bike has insane looks, and I never felt regretting after the purchase.

I own a 2017 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 BS4, and I have been riding it for several years. When the bike was new, the pickup was extremely impressive. Even now, the performance is still very good, although it feels slightly less aggressive than before, which is normal with time. The mileage depends on riding style. If I ride aggressively, it can drop below 30 kmpl, but with smooth riding and a constant speed, I usually get more than 30 kmpl.
The braking performance is excellent and gives me confidence at high speeds. The bike is also comfortable for long rides, and I never faced any major issues while touring. One thing I really like is the strong road presence. Whenever I ride it, it feels like I am riding a solid and powerful machine. It is especially enjoyable on highways because overtaking trucks and other vehicles is easy thanks to its strong acceleration.
The only downside I have noticed is that the engine heats up quite quickly in heavy traffic, and even during normal riding it produces noticeable heat. Apart from that, I have no major complaints. Considering its price, the Pulsar NS200 is truly a legendary motorcycle with outstanding performance and excellent value for money.

I have 2.5 years starting years it doesn’t have any problems after 2 years I have some issue automatically increasing rpm it and some while riding 60 to 70 automatic get shut down and brake are not that good it need improve and suspension feel weak and head lift is not that good in some area from all this I got to know it look and doesn’t mean rid good

It’s just three years old with 17,000 km, but the bike already has a serious engine problem. For the first year, there were no issues, but after that, the engine shut-off problem started, and it still persists.
I use the bike daily for my office commute (about 10 km), and even in that short distance, the engine shuts off at least 5–10 times. On one occasion, an auto crashed into me because the bike did not restart immediately.
I have given it for service multiple times specifically for this issue. Each time, the service centre provides a different reason and repair option, with bills around Rs. 4,500–5,000. However, within 2–3 days of servicing, the problem returns.
Nobody seems able to solve the issue, and I have noticed many other Pulsar users facing the same problem — though most of them are not daily users. If you plan to buy it for daily use, be cautious before making the decision.

Waste of my money. I lost 80 percent of the money. i owned one for 7 years. It's very bad, initially itself there was relay problems. My folks kept on leaking oil in front. I change the engine oil properly in 2k kms once, even through the engine is rough. They told they need to open the engine and check. The abs sensor failed in 4 years. The rear U folks( wheel stay) broke in just 5 years. The service center is shit for bajaj. They never service it well. They always create more issues in bike than at the time we give it to them. Lot's of expenses on the bike and I sold it for very less. It's build quality is shit. The speedometer broke in 2 years itself.
In highway the cruising is good as the cc is higher, but the braking is very abrupt and handling is bad. Choose a better bike better when you go to japanese , engines with cc less than this bikes are good to drive in Japanese models.

The NS200 defined the "Naked Streetfighter" look in India, and it still looks incredibly sharp. Its muscular fuel tank, aggressive perimeter frame, and razor-sharp tail section give it a big-bike appeal. The addition of blacked-out USD (Upside Down) front forks elevates its premium look and road presence significantly.

The 199.5cc liquid-cooled engine is the heart of this machine, and boy, does it perform! The power delivery is smooth and linear, with a punchy mid-range that makes city overtakes effortless. The bike pulls cleanly from 3,000 RPM onwards, and the 23+ bhp feels adequate for both city commutes and highway cruising. I've touched 130 km/h quite comfortably on highways, and it still had more to give.
Handling & Ride Quality:
The perimeter frame chassis is phenomenal. The bike feels planted around corners, and the feedback from the front end is confidence-inspiring. The ride quality is on the stiffer side - great for spirited riding, but can feel harsh on really broken roads. The suspension setup is sporty, which means you feel every bump, but it keeps the bike stable at high speeds.
Fuel Efficiency:
I'm getting around 35-38 km/l in mixed riding conditions. On pure highway runs, I've managed to squeeze out 42 km/l, which is impressive for a performance-oriented bike. City mileage drops to around 30-32 km/l when I'm aggressive with the throttle.
Build Quality & Features:
The build quality is decent but not exceptional. Some plastic panels
feel a bit flimsy, and I've noticed minor vibrations creeping in around the 8,000 km mark. The digital-analogue instrument cluster is clear and functional, though it feels a bit dated compared to newer bikes. No ABS on my variant, which would've been great to have.
Comfort:
The riding position is slightly aggressive - good for short to medium rides, but can strain your wrists on long journeys. The seat is comfortable for the first hour, then it gets a bit firm. Pillion comfort is average; my partner complains about the seat being too firm for long rides.
