Jerk in engine MT-15
Manjunath Hd
I have been using this bike for almost 1 and a half years and it was a very good experience, some days back had to cover 30 minutes distance in 14 mins and from then, the vehicle has a jerk while riding, I feel like its turning off, gave it to the service centre, explained the problem, they changed the spark plug and plug holder, still the same issue. Has anyone faced a similar issue, or need help, I'm almost planning to sell the bike which I don't want to Need help.

Mt 15 buyers must read this

The best thing about yamaha mt 15 is that it is low maintenance and also it gives mileage of around 50km/l which according to me after having a 155cc bs6 engine is very good. I also love the looks of this bike, looks are very aggressive and I have never seen front looks like this on any other bike. So at end yamaha is best because its satisfy looks and with a good mileage bs6 model..

Tips for other riders
Company recommend engine oil grade is 10w40. I recommend to switch to Motul 7100 10w40 after 6000km

Initially before purchase of my mt15 I have read several user ratings & reviews and found that there is a starting problems during the rainy seasons, I am using my bike from 1.7 years in all the seasons like winter, summer and rainy seasons and not found such problems and my raiding experience is excellent with naked body of bike with multi plate slipper clutch and single channel abs, and front led lights without doom and mask gives better controlling and road grip of the tires are good even after 20k kilometers. Why I am rating 4 is due to some of the important parts are not available which are kick start liver, crash guard and center stand not provided, in any case if a self starter gives trouble then there is no alternative to start the engine apart from push and start. Apart from kick starter other 2 flaws are not going to trouble much if you raid the bike safely.
