This bike is best in each view i.E. In mileage, in looks that is so looks classic bike and in power also. I m using this bike since 3 years and i have not found any problem till date. The first thing i want to say that you have to maintain your bike or vehicle as each and every vehicle required. So that the bike mileage will boost up second thing is that everyone suggest you to service your bike timely and by professionals that means in registered company service centres only.

Style it definitely grabs attention on the road.
Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox great engine performance. Decent fuel economy but who cares & gearbox is smooth provided you are the only rider of the bike.
Ride quality & handling can ride it for hours without any back pain. It is a very stable bike & it is amazing for the shitty indian roads.
Final words overall an amazing vehicle.
Areas of improvement the back seat could have been bigger as even a slim girl cant sit side ways.
Pros
stability, comfortable riding position, amazing power
cons
only the smal back seat

I own this bike for 5 years and it’s amazingly comfortable and reliable i have drive 300 kms in a day with this bike. Service cost is like any royal enfield bike. Has an extreme high speed as powered by 500 cc engine with good mileage of 32 km/ litre. Never gave problem and felt any unnecessary vibration in this bike.

Tb 500 is an amazing bike. Own since 2014 bought at kolkata rode more than 25000 plus. In 2016 i took to leh from gtk via kathmandu. Being 500cc i had a great ride at 18000 ft than my friend's 350. I'm using redroster exhaust so it gave 35 ltrs km during 7500 kms journey. This is the undisputed king of bike.

I bought this bike in 2015 and driven is for 2400 kms. So far I've spent more than 1 lakh for repairs and replacements. I've hardly enjoyed driving this bike. This is one of the most horrible high maintenance bike. There are many other owners of this model regret buying this bike. I rather would recommend honda who gives less maintenance bikes.

High maintenance of this bike , and always the petrol pump is the main issue of this bike, it doesn't have a carburetor ,the pump injects the fuel . That is the main and utmost drawback of this bike .Re sale is too less and clutch cables are cutting off , when in heavy traffic, they are not reliable.

Loved the abs model , you have to compromise with average, vibration and speed, that's the demerits of this beautiful bike else overall its best for those who can afford it. I would suggest gym guys to have this .

Tips for other riders
Never buy thunder bird 500 ,it's better to go for 350 of any Royal bike, I even cannot sell the 500 cc thunderbird bike. Maintenance is very high ,if you touch the bike spares, are in thousands.

One of the best stylish and fascinating bike i have ever seen. I have stealth black model which even shines in dark . Loved the abs model , you have to compromise with average, vibration and speed, that's the demerits of this beautiful bike else overall its best for those who can afford it. I would suggest gym guys to have this .
