Only one word for such a garbage EV (TOOOH).Within one year and 4 months, the vehicle was with the service people. The battery has a lot of problems and was given for service again now they are not replacing nor returning the old battery. Many people have reported the same issue. It's a defective EV. My request is for all not to think of buying this EV.

Vehicle battery problem, after getting the service, after 50 km reached vehicle stopped. Then I contacted the service centre, but there was no proper response and I will try to contact pure EV toll-free number. it was always busy. Battery sent for company service. after 1 year still now I am not received it. My vehicle getting scrapped without battery. One suggestion for all. Don't buy the Pure EV vehicle. Customer service and Vehicle service are very very poor.

Its good at performance. On a single charge I can reach upto 135 km Required charge after getting green light in charger is 20 minutes .So total charging time in hour is 3. 40 minutes. Apply nitrogen air for both the tires getting smooth run and improved mileage.
