    Just to the showroom appeal I bought this bike. Right from purchase time there was a lot of problem with the front meter panel, cone set, front t-rod, and most important the battery. The battery (main part) went out at 12000 km, for which the company never take responsibility.
    I think for god's sake no one should buy this worst-quality product.

    I had used this scooter for past 3 years worst support worst quality of material used in the scooter every 2 months there will be some issue with this scooter and no proper support from the service center. I don't recommend to anyone they say they are locally manufacturing parts but if you have any damage or part replacement time for replacement is 1 to 2 months.

  • Bike stops suddenly even though indicator shows full charging.

    The bike stops suddenly even though the indicator shows full charging. Happened twice. No solution received yet.
    Changed the battery connector cord. No proven milage (80-90) not sure why the company is claiming 120 km.
    I use mostly single-person rides in the second mode.
    The dealer suggested keeping the charging on alternate days even though the consumption of the battery is low. On average 12kms per day is the commuted distance. No improvement in the milage and facing sudden battery.
    Not getting the confidence to go for long distances of more than 25km because of these issues.

    Avoid buying this electric vehicle, it is a big scam. There are many issues in vehicles and batteries. Services are worst and many terrible sounds in vehicle while riding. The body of the vehicle is not good in quality. Since I purchased this ev, it is only at the service center for battery problems for 4 months.

    I had the worst experience after buying the scooter within 3 months scooter battery problem started.They have promised me about 110km average but scooter barely goes 40 km. Every time one or the other part is not working. And service center do not provide good service. And they have only advised me to put scooter in scrap. Please don't buy this epluto 7g scooter it's a worst product

  • Worst moped on this planet

    This is a pathetic and sub-standard vehicle. The battery is very dangerous and unreliable. Cheap spares, no service from dealer and company once the vehicle is sold no one will even bother to look at you. If someone wants to confirm this call company customer care as an existing customer and try to gouge their response. Buy this vehicle at your own risk. I sold it within 6 months. I read somewhere that about 6 people were dead due to their battery explosion and no reaction from the company and dealer.

    Don't buy this bike
    I am facing a battery problem for 6 months still not been resolved. Poor customer care they don't have spares. The service center will not service your bike properly they give your bike as it is without servicing the bike. If you call the service center they will say the factory is not responding if you call the factory they say we will not do anything service center is responsible for one.

    Very bad experience facing many issues its spare parts are very weak and the battery gives me a lot of problems also company claims fake mileage. Bought it just 5 months ago and I went to a service center 4 times due to battery issues! the mudguard is broken very soon and it's producing a very bad sound. The vehicle is totally trash!

    Horrible Ev-Pure

    Missed lot of simple practical designs. Worst service center experience. Service centers vanish just like that. Pure also dont respond to escalations. Accessories rust. Takes 8-10months to get you registration document. Everyday 3-5 people will be fighting in service center for repetitive issues.

    This is the worst electric vehicle running on the road. Using this vehicle for a year and faced a lot of problems. Suspension is the worst. The Headlight quality is cheap and unfunctional. The display had stooped working in one year itself,
    The service department at the vendor place which is in lb nagar is very bad and the company does not take responsibility for their product mistake. They will never let you claim a warranty for the failed component even within a year of component failure. Overall it's the worst experience.

    Using the pure Epluto 7g for one year. Very regularly it stops working. I have to rush to the service centre. After-sales service is very poor abides branch, Hyderabad, no response, their contact number is switch off during office hours.
    Not to go to pure EV. Worst experience I ever had.

    Excellent experience with the Indore dealership at Radisson square. Great comfort. Saved a lot of money for me. Rode around 16000kms already.
    Great look. The seating is comfortable love it really well.
    Service time 1 hour. The dealer serviced the scooter in just 1 hour.

    The worst battery needs to run to the service center every week, the company had already replaced it twice still the same problem after 30 to 40 kms battery stops working and you keep on visiting the service center.
    Parts are weak and delicate and not available in the market.
    The service center is also the worst no support and battery replacement takes > a month and they don't provide any spare battery till that time, effectively you can not use it and keep it in the showcase.

    Worst ev moped due to following reasons.
    1. Problem with the battery. Though the battery is half full it turns off in the middle of the road.
    2. Service centers have dozens of vehicles in the queue and need to visit multiple times to get the vehicle serviced.
    3. Shock absorbers not up to standard
    4. Headlight throws light toward the sky rather road, night vision is very bad.

    If you have surplus black money and want a vehicle for one year and ready to through it to garbage you may buy it.But you should have one reliable petrol vehicle. Very very poor build quality and very expensive maintenance. Company people laugh at its resale value. Not the value for money. In place of one pure buy two petrol bikes, will turn out to be cheaper after two years.

    Do not believe salespeople. They will tell all lies when you go to buy. The riding experience is terrible and even worse with a pillion rider. I cannot pull you even in low elevations. Mileage they say is 120kms which is completely fake. It comes only around 50kms. Once you ride your vehicle in rain, your bike is gone case. You have to spend around 25k for the motor, controller, and others. If your battery is gone, congrats you need another 40k. One of the worst electrical bikes. Guess what even when you pay the full amount to get your spares replaced, it comes with no warranty. If it's not working in another month or so you need to get it replaced at additional cost. So this bike is nothing but your money burner. Even then if you want to buy it. You can go ahead. Cheers..!! looks good.

    Bought pure ev Epluto thinking it was an IIT HYDERABAD product, ran it to 30,000 km, battery performance was half the promised, and gave 30 km mileage. After a few days ride it for 5 km and stopped. Send it to the company and a reply come from the company after 60 days that there was no warranty and they ask me to pay 7500 rupees for MBF, recommend to install then the issue will 100 percent be solved, so I paid and receive it after 20 days and again ride my bike. It gives 60 km mileage, which was good till 1st week, and again the same problem 5km mileage. Informed the showroom about the same problem and again the company told me to send the battery to the company and again come to me after 60 days, with again same issues and now I dumped this scooter permanently, my advice is not to buy this brand, rather burn your money.

  • Pure ev Epluto 7G - The worst brand of ev bikes in India

    After a lot of research online, I purchased pure EV Epluto 7G. My buying experience was pretty smooth and the showroom people were good in their service. But the vehicle was not feeling sturdy enough. Within 6 months of usage, the handlebar balance has become a bit crooked. Till now the head light is throwing light to the sky rather than the road. Within 2.5 hours of purchase, the following complaints came in. Despite 4 points of charge, the bike stopped in the middle of my commute and I had to push it to home. The display went off and the showroom says if it is a minor repair it will cost Rs. 500 or if a replacement display Rs 2500. The battery has also lost its performance. Please don't purchase this. Pure EV is the worst EV company. I heard from the showroom that almost 15 bikes are standing in the showroom for battery replacement which Pure Ev is not doing despite warranty coverage. Their customers have approached the court to claim damage. As far as I see the company will soon become bankrupt.

    Initially, the bike seemed ok, but in due course of time all the problems started to show, not comfortable seating, not a much-balanced bike, and a lot of battery issues, after 3.5years and hardly 29000kms my battery had died not even reaching 400 cycles, the company simply said exchange the battery as the warranty has expired, new battery is around 68000 and in exchange they offered 38000. Do not buy it.

    One of the worst-built quality scooters on earth we can say, is worse than the Atlas Cycle I can tell that I have complained many times that I'm facing mileage issues but they are not giving proper responses. I request someone from Pure EV company take the initiative to solve all these issues: Service Issue, Spare parts rusting issue, suspension quality is too too low, overall I can rate (0.5/5)

    Worst battery performance, The battery problem occurred after 8000km, this problem will continue even if you go to the servicing centre for the battery checkup. The company people will suggest you buy a new battery which costs around 30000 and the warranty would be for 2 years, we may face issue with this new battery also.
    Please don’t buy this vehicle, you will face the worst experience with this vehicle.

    I was buying in Feb 2020. Very short not suitable for tall persons.
    Build quality was worst made with cheap plastic. Spare parts cost is too high and low-quality parts
    Battery 🔋 performance decrease.
    120 km to 20 km after one and a half years. Full charge giving only 20km after one and half year
    Warranty service is the worst. Don't buy losing money.

  • Get ready to pay for new battery every 2 years

    I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

    Worst experience, spares are substandard quality. Battery failure, no use of warranty. Warranty is for name sake. Told to install MBF for the battery during my warranty and I did that for 4000 Rs, That too failed in a few weeks. Service center people are not interested in claiming a warranty. The brake wire and indicator switches go off very frequently. Spares are also very costly. Please don't buy it.

    Dealers are already closed and service centers may be closed anytime, go for reliable brands like Bajaj and TVS,

    The pure EV dealers are very kind and polite and clarified all my questions. The buying experience was ultra smooth and they processed our order very quickly. Even same day delivery is available. The ride on this vehicle is very comfortable. I travel 50 km's daily in heavy traffic condition in Bengaluru. This vehicle is value for money. Running cost is lowest among its competitors. It is very suitable for daily city commuting. The vehicle has good looks and design and has all the basic feature that a 2 wheeler must have. One more myth about e vehicles is that it will not be able to climb steep roads. But I have tested in steep roads and while coming out of steep basement exit. Even though vehicle was stopped at the mid of climb, it managed to climb fully without any hassle. This scooter can do anything that a 110 cc scooter can do. But do keep in mind the battery charge level to avoid range anxiety. Some dealers are offering to exchange with petrol vehicles. I recommend to buy this vehicle if you have to travel within the city traffic. The dealer and the company both are oriented towards customer satisfaction. They respond to your requests immediately. This quality of the company is lacking among its competitors. Cons: The scooter's seat is small. Hopefully they will upgrade it in the next version The placement of switches should be redesigned. No usb charging port

    This is a very bad product. Product Quality is very Cheap and the battery has a major issue of voltage drop, which means the battery decrease performance frequently. After 6 months battery gives 50 to 60 km mileage only. There is no support from the company or showroom. Switches and charging cables of scooters and charger burns very frequently. The staff behavior of the Delhi service center is very rude. So I Recommended to don't buy it.

Is just formality no one will call back if you raise complaint online to portal. While mailing got response after 10 months that pay and get service even scooter is in warranty.. because if you miss any service warranty voids but if coz of their mistake we miss service what to do?

    If you're really very happy in life and looking for some mental torture. If you don't have to go anywhere and looking for frequent visits to the service center. If you don't have anybody to call and want to spend hours together trying to reach their customer care to raise a complaint. Then buy a vehicle from this company.
    They just don't take customer's problems seriously and nobody does really respond. The company will take complaints and say that we will get a call back but we never get any response. It has been 3-4 months now that the vehicle is lying in the service center only and the vehicle is just 1 year old.

  • Build quality is super bad and the parts get deteriorated very quickly.

    It has been 6 months since i bought this vehicle. There are several problems occurring since past 2 months and they are as follows.
    1) the charger stopped working after 15 days from the date of purchase. Thankfully they replaced it.
    2) the brake sensor deteriorated very quickly. Acceleration would not work and it would stop in the middle of the road sometimes. They charged rs.200 for the sensor.
    3) after 1st service, the display stopped working. They fixed it.
    4) after 2nd service, the horn went off and they charged rs.250 for fixing it.
    5) indicator and head light switch is of very low quality. I have got them changed twice till now.
    6) instead of rubber mat, plastic mat is provided which causes slips.
    7) swing arm makes cranking noises while moving on the road. Even the brakes make such noise when it is used.
    Overall, the build quality is super bad. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone.

    I had purchased epluto 7g electric scooter from the pure ev company just three months back in Bangalore vfm ev showroom Richmond circle. The vehicle performance is too bad, simply I can say it's not worth of money. There are so many issues in this vehicle. Company says 120km mileage. It is totally fake and also in this 3 months I have faced so many problems from showroom side especially in service department. Totally worst. There is no proper response to customers in vfm ev showroom. In service department the responsible persons are not doing proper work and also customer service will be totally worst in that. Don't buy this vehicle.

    Have problem with the bike finish... Staff put in number plate with sharp screws that has never been changed despite promises. Shock absorbers are pathetic.. Service technician jumps on the bike to repair shock absorbers, still in bad condition. Switches giving problem... Indicator, horn and ignition also.

    Big problem:
    1.There is an error in speedometer both speed and mileage. If you ride like 50 km distance the meter shows 60km.Every 10 km there is 20% error. So, if you drive 80km actually but it shows 100 km.
    2.Top speed is only 50-55 not 60 again the meter shows the error. I have tested the range and speed with activa and pulsar, i have found the error.
    120 km range, true? - no
    Mode 1 - within the city - range - 85-90 (as per the meter)
    Mode 3 - within the city - range - 80-85 (as per the meter)
    Mode 1 - bypass - range - 95-100 (as per the meter)
    Mode 3 - bypass - range - 90-95 (as per the meter)
    Speed: max speed - 50-55 only not 60-65 speed will decrease on more than one person
    Comfortable: good (single rider) and very smooth.
    Customer support: not satisfied. There is no toll-free or chat. You have raise the compliant on whatsapp the average response time takes up to 7 days.
    Request/advice: the bike is so stylish and attractive but in terms of performance and customer service it is not upto the mark. If you're planning to purchase this bike do test drive for 100km and do keep test the actual km not go blind with the meter itself.

    Please don’t purchase from pure ev .
    At the time of buying they react like you are king. No one guide about this vehicle even though they also do not have proper knowledge of this vehicle.
    Riding expert is very bad. It does not show the actual speed of the vehicle on the meter. The seat is totally uncomfortable and the accelerator was tight so pain started in hand if you drive for more than 15 minutes.
    The look is average. Performance is bad. The last 2 batteries point drive only 10-15 km . Many times i was stuck in the way.
    Service is totally worst . Giving false information regarding maintenance. I took 4 services but out of the, they wash only one time.

    I purchased it from Yamuna Nagar and I reached my home at ambala cantt (which was 65km away from there) in 1 hour 25 minutes, however, road was under construction in the way for around 10 km. When I began ride there were 6 lines of charging showing on display and on completion of journey 3 lines of charging remains there. I experienced smooth riding. Central locking is also nice feature.

    Very smooth riding experience. The range is phenomenal. Break, acceleration and motor control algorithm is implemented very well.
    The company has delivered on it's promise of 120km range per charge. I get the range of 120km per charge in city riding condition.
    Although the parts used are low quality.
    No smart features.

    When we bought it, the first day the service was very bad. Starting battery charger issue. Spares are not available in the service centre. Digital speedometer problem.
    Most of the time we are run behind the service people only. Swing arm noise. Service centre people telling me it has to replace but not covered under warranty.
    For one year nearly Rs.10,000/- service cost has come. We planned to save the money but we have taken shaved off the money.

    I bought pure ev in august 2021, the quality of vehicle is very bad, there are no proper services and no trained mechanic. Also the vehicle is under warranty and they always tell that they will get the parts from pure ev, they will never call also even from supplier. It is too pathetic. Suggest don't go for this. With 20 k or more you can go with Ather or iQube.

    The amount on it is waste. For the last 7 months, I have had a battery problem 3 times it's not giving 120km. Just 50km and mainly the quality of the product is worst and in 7 months I have lot of problems like converter, connecter, accelerator , wheels especially the quality of the product is worst.     The battery started having issues after 8 months 6000 kms + and dead at 7500 kms even after 3 months given for service no spare battery or the serviced battery. And now there are new everywhere of battery fires on the company battery. Hoping to get the battery back soon or else it's a total write of 1l rs.

    Do not trust this brand. I bought epluto 7g Dec 2021. Whenever I planned free service for my bike, the dealership denied my request and delayed the service whenever possible. I wanted to check the battery service process as this was promised by the dealer - sankar (chennai ebikes, now shut down) before the vehicle purchase. After many requests to visit the service center, I was denied that option too. Many dealerships allow customer lounge access in a closed glass cabin where they can watch the inspection and service of their vehicles. Coming to the main picture, the vehicle broke down at the 11-month mark without a warning in the middle of a highway road in peak traffic. Struggled to get roadside assistance for service pickup and the customer service team asked me to wait. After 3 hours they informed me there are no manpower in the service station and asked me to take the bike home myself in a minivan or load auto. I then took the battery to the service station myself the next day and the battery was sent to hyderabad for a checkup. 3 months later, the battery came back with a bill amount of 5000 rupees. I asked why the charge when the battery is still under warranty. They said the battery has never been serviced even once. It was a shock to me. Even after a struggling attempt to give the vehicle for service and follow-up, the only service that has been done in 4 free service schedules was just washing the scooter, which I would have done at home. How can dealer mistakes be pushed onto the customers? please do not trust this brand. I know the resale value for electric vehicles is not as good as for ice vehicles. But the service guy said the vehicle resale is just 35k for a vehicle bought approx a year back with 2k km run and in good condition. I am yet to receive the battery though. It's been a tragedy so far.

    I had brought and e pluto 7g on 12.05.2022
    At sri enterprise kundrathur chennai 600128
    On 2.08.2022 suddenly while I am driving the vehicle in the middle of the road vehicle stopped.
    Then I contacted sri enterprise they told sent the vehicle to towing service.
    Then after one week, they call me about the battery issue the battery has to send hyderabad head office.
    After a 10 they gave me a rotational battery with only 60 km traveling capacity. I had struggled a lot due to this low-range battery.
    After I have called to customer car for more than 60 days then only they send me back the battery
    After 3 days the same problem when the battery reached 50 % it automatically vehicle turned off again in stock at the middle of the road again I sent my vehicle to the service place
    Then had told aging the battery issue have to send hyderabad head office for service
    For more than 40 days my vehicle at the service cent
    Due to they don’t have rotational batteries
    That time also in had contacted them many times with to customer's car they didn’t respond properly after a severe time I forced customer care they connected me to the battery department head he promised me this time we will rectify the issue again you do not get this problem.
    Now the same repeated
    After a long follow-up with your team member
    I got my battery on 5.4.2023
    Today morning @ 8 am riding the vehicle on the highway suddenly vehicle stopped at 50% battery I had a sudden shock it happened when I am over taking a big truck oh my god it was my good time
    At the time I had to contact your customer car and also the service center.
    They had simply tell send the vehicle to towing service
    If I got into an accident on time who will be tack care of my family
    Your people don’t give value to other people's life
    I had spent my harden money we buy the vehicle
    In the 11 months, my vehicle was left at the service center for more the 3 months
    For the 3 months also I had to pay the EMI with you using that.
    Please improve your service team knowledge.

    i had purchased the vehicle from richmond road show room. I had faced the below mentioned difficulties.
    While taking the bike they spoke very nicely but after that the service was very poor and worst.
    2.The vehicle is worst than any cycle. This much huge amount I have invested on this. I have not at all driven the kilometers upto 3000 km only.
    3. Last three - 3 times the vehicle was towed from hosur Tamilnadu and every time the charges was Rs. 3000/- * 3 times total towing charges was Rs.9000/-. Every time they will tell a nice story behind that and I have done every thing for your vehicle. While driving to hosur for only 40 kms the mileage dropped immediately.
    4. Please this time I don't want to take any risk. My humble request to your company is to change the battery or take the vehicle and give some other good vehicle.

    Battery was not in good condition many times complained but still not in good condition. Finally battery exploded in my house at night 1 am, luckily we ran out of the house with little damage. We complained to the dealer but no use no one is responding.

    I have had Epluto 7g for the last three years. the problems started after the first couple of months like the charger breaking down or battery issues. However, I still consider the first two years good because the service center fixed those problems in days or more than that, good part was I was saving money as it was electric. But after two years it is breaking down very often and the service center takes months to repair it. This year Scooty was with me only for a couple of months because It remained in the service center all the time for repair. My advice is don't buy it.

    Read this review before buying any bike from this company. Maybe it might help you to save your money.
    I purchased a bike on 15th Oct 2021. I am continuously facing issues from the second day. The showroom owner is also aware of it.
    I can't share here the full details here, but I am mentioning what I can.
    1) double stand - while riding on a flat road it was touching the ground so just imagine how it can make a sound on our rough roads
    2) mcb changed 3 times in one year
    3) ebs changed many times each time I paid for it but can't run it for a single month
    4) staring column - (first time I have seen that in the bikes I got a crack in casting)
    5) battery - they say it runs 120km in 1st mode, 110 kms in 2nd mode never got that range moreover battery gets cut off after using 50% charging. Three-time they have sent for repair but still can't find the solutions then they told me to replace the battery and guess what I haven't seen my new battery for at least last seven months. They gave me a replacement battery which I have changed four times and still have issues with the range. They don't have a battery in stock that is what they say and asked me to use what I am using right now. (i have warranty of 5 years in battery but see i can't get my battery with perfect range.
    6) pick up
    7) headlights - won't work properly (you need to use it as your remote- slap it 2-3 times)
    8) switches - they say you don't have a warranty on this if it's not working then it will be chargeable.
    9) horn - they repaired my horn for 3-4 times and afterheat they told me to change it which is chargeable.
    10) new parts after a claim - their new model has been changed a little bit so it can't fit your old models.
    11) remote sensor
    12) handle - bearing issues and handle lose their thread from the nut as a result your handle can play with your life
    13) most of the parts must be changed just after their warranty expires. For example - accelerator, mcb, break wire, etc...
    14) monsoon - switches, display, horn, sidelights, and headlights don't work properly
    15) rear brake - rear brake is not working for the last 8-9 months. In starting they were only tight the break and said okay it's done but after a week I was facing the same issues then they tried to change the liners 2 times and break the wire one time which was paid for by me but still, the issue stays there after trying everything they said there is an issue in the drum. We don't have this part in stock, but we have already ordered it. It’s been more than 2 months now and they didn't receive it till the morning 4th Nov 2022. Later, that day I received a call from the showroom and was informed that you can come and change the drum, but it will be chargeable because my warranty is expired. We already tried to call the pure company to change it in a claim, but they denied it.
    This bike is a complete waste of money. I also told them that it might be a defective piece, please change it but they said we don't have that policy. Everyone in the showroom is aware of my issues. I have called pure customer care many times and talked about my issues, but they said our service engineer will give me a call back which I haven't received to date. I hardly reached them today and talked about my issue. I don’t have the final decision but let’s see.

Facing lots of issues, majorly battery issues, product quality is very poor, waste of money, everything all the parts are of poor quality and the price of parts is very high, the bicycle is better than this scooty. The company has to take all the ev back and return the customer's money.

  • Decent you get what you pay

    They don't have supply issues, so practically no waiting time. Build quality looks ok when seen in the showroom but after just a couple of months, everything starts to make sounds, rusting, and squeaking, needing very frequent visits to the mechanic. There is a beep sound whenever I drive this in rain, it stops as soon as the vehicle gets dry. Performance is very weird, it's 58 to 60kmph for initial 10kms after full charging. Then it plateaus at 53kms for the next 40kms, then it 48 to 50 for the next 20kms, and so on...So the ride quality is decent only for the first 30 to 40kms. Obviously, this was done purposefully to increase range. But I think for the city it's unnecessary, even 80kms is a decent range for this price if one can get good ride quality. Battery for me so far has been a blessing. Service experience here in hyderabad has been good.

    It neither saves money ( draining money in service and repair) nor gives comfort...Very often face troubles with inbuilt components brakes, lights, switches, etc. And the charger fails frequently. Driving too looks unsafe no balance. It is wobble often. Light low. Not good for a night ride. No space for luggage.
