The bike stops suddenly even though the indicator shows full charging. Happened twice. No solution received yet. Changed the battery connector cord. No proven milage (80-90) not sure why the company is claiming 120 km. I use mostly single-person rides in the second mode.The dealer suggested keeping the charging on alternate days even though the consumption of the battery is low. On average 12kms per day is the commuted distance. No improvement in the milage and facing sudden battery.Not getting the confidence to go for long distances of more than 25km because of these issues.

In the service center, they explained nicely and took the test drive and the best electric wheeler compared to other companies. Overall performance is nice with the riding experience and millage is good Electric cars are friends with the ecosystem; consequently, they are the top ones in zero pollution in the world BEST TO BUY

Bought pure ev Epluto thinking it was an IIT HYDERABAD product, ran it to 30,000 km, battery performance was half the promised, and gave 30 km mileage. After a few days ride it for 5 km and stopped. Send it to the company and a reply come from the company after 60 days that there was no warranty and they ask me to pay 7500 rupees for MBF, recommend to install then the issue will 100 percent be solved, so I paid and receive it after 20 days and again ride my bike. It gives 60 km mileage, which was good till 1st week, and again the same problem 5km mileage. Informed the showroom about the same problem and again the company told me to send the battery to the company and again come to me after 60 days, with again same issues and now I dumped this scooter permanently, my advice is not to buy this brand, rather burn your money.

This is a very bad product. Product Quality is very Cheap and the battery has a major issue of voltage drop, which means the battery decrease performance frequently. After 6 months battery gives 50 to 60 km mileage only. There is no support from the company or showroom. Switches and charging cables of scooters and charger burns very frequently. The staff behavior of the Delhi service center is very rude. So I Recommended to don't buy it.

The buying experience was ok. The look of the bike is good, Very poor service. Terrible battery experience. The vehicle suddenly stops while running. Battery dead, Very unsafe and Service centre closed permanently. No reply on a phone call. All showrooms closed. Pathetic and irresponsible behaviour of the company towards customers.Non-reliable, worst company. Customers are crying. Company Hav no care.

Company doesn't have spare parts in stock for more than 75 days, then why do they sell bikes, it is its responsibility to see that they have stock of spare parts and then they claim to the dealers that it is the responsibility to keep stock how come when the company itself doesn't have.

Pure EV service is main concern

I purchased pure ev Entrance plus after less than 3000 km issue started and not getting any support from service centre mainly logicon at pune and toll free no. Is just formality no one will call back if you raise complaint online to portal. While mailing got response after 10 months that pay and get service even scooter is in warranty.. because if you miss any service warranty voids but if coz of their mistake we miss service what to do?

Nice vehicle using it from last 3 years it's superb and I have already done 80k kms with it and it still runs smooth love pure ev.Till date I didn't face any issue with EPluto7g and service and spares availability in our city is good and they call for service too. I am very much satisfied with the brand and love my scooter

If you're really very happy in life and looking for some mental torture. If you don't have to go anywhere and looking for frequent visits to the service center. If you don't have anybody to call and want to spend hours together trying to reach their customer care to raise a complaint. Then buy a vehicle from this company.They just don't take customer's problems seriously and nobody does really respond. The company will take complaints and say that we will get a call back but we never get any response. It has been 3-4 months now that the vehicle is lying in the service center only and the vehicle is just 1 year old.

Please don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money on buying pluto7g Company is not responding on the battery issue Faced in 3 months.Giving a range of 25-30 kmsSuddenly stops on the middle of the road .Thank god no vehicle was behind me .Worst response from dealer and company

Nice vehicle using it from last 3 years it's superb and I have already done 80k kms with it and it still runs smooth love pure ev.Till date I didn't face any issue with EPluto7g and service and spares availability in our city is good and they call for service too. I am very much satisfied with the brand and love my scooter

Worst experience and a complete waste of time and money

If you're really very happy in life and looking for some mental torture. If you don't have to go anywhere and looking for frequent visits to the service center. If you don't have anybody to call and want to spend hours together trying to reach their customer care to raise a complaint. Then buy a vehicle from this company.They just don't take customer's problems seriously and nobody does really respond. The company will take complaints and say that we will get a call back but we never get any response. It has been 3-4 months now that the vehicle is lying in the service center only and the vehicle is just 1 year old.

Worst bike don't buy this battery always problem if you go showroom no response Six time my battery fail stop on road no response from customer care servicing please please don't bike this bike waste of money if you purchase this bike you should kee on road i have complain no use waste of time and energy very bad
