It's the worst EV in total EV industry battery was lost 3 months after purchase, showroom people are service center staff and company correspondents no one can't give any response for my issue, so the people who want to buy this please won't think about this product. Worst product and services

Worst product ever purchased in my life. The battery stops working after every 30 to 40 days by the voltage is down. In fact, the dealer swasti enterprises try to skip free service and even didn't makes reminders to customers for service. Eventually, the warranty laps and then they can charge you a thick sum of money. The battery is not reliable I have faced a battery stop issue 7 times and still counting..., vehicle quality is poor, and the customer service center is a joke they won't listen to any problem. Regretting purchasing this vehicle. In fact, the behavior of the staff is also not good at showroom swasti enterprises, especially mechanics.

Cheap components in pure EV vehicles

Initially, I was very excited to own an Entrance Neo scooter as its range was quite good. But within one year I experienced lots of issues related to its components. All are cheap. On the first day my seat was locked (the lock was not working), then the horn switch always gets free, accelerator gets free(automatically moving scooter), now I am stuck in the market, as the handle lock is not opening. So irritated and also I forgot about its side stand it Just got broken within one year.
