    Buying experience was smooth, Mileage is extremely good, I got 5 years of extended warranty on my battery pack, seat is also comfortable and I was impressed with the behavior of the sales man. I ride my scooty approximately 29 thousand KM and my battery mileage is great till now it gives more than 105+ km mileage.

    Chinese ev in Indian clothes

    After a run of 6 months, the battery ran out of power. The dealer was changed by the manufacturer and the new dealer was pathetic. They asked me to pay 45k for the new battery. How that's possible.
    The customer service was practically zero. No resolution.
    Now forced to approach the Consumer Court.
    Horrible experience. Remain away from this Chinese manufacturing company in Indian clothes.

    Battery performance worst after 1 year use no resale value

    I was buying in Feb 2020. Very short not suitable for tall persons.
    Build quality was worst made with cheap plastic. Spare parts cost is too high and low-quality parts
    Battery 🔋 performance decrease.
    120 km to 20 km after one and a half years. Full charge giving only 20km after one and half year
    Warranty service is the worst. Don't buy losing money.
