Yamaha Motor India has announced special offers for its entry-level roadster motorcycles, the FZ-S Fi and FZ Fi. Under this offer, buyers can avail of a cashback of Rs 3,000 or low down payment while purchasing the motorcycles mentioned above. This offer, however, is valid only in Maharashtra between 30 December, 2022 and 30 January, 2023.
The Yamaha FZ Fi is available at Rs 1,14,439 while the prices for FZ-S Fi start from Rs 1,22,139 onwards. The Deluxe variant of the FZ-S Fi is available at Rs 1,25,139 (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi). Both, the FZ-S Fi and FZ Fi feature an identical design. However, the S variant further benefits from chrome garnishing and 3D logos on its fuel tank.
Meanwhile, the mechanical specifications of both motorcycles include a 149cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers a maximum output of 12.2bhp at 7,250rpm and a peak torque of 13.3Nm at 5,500rpm. This motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
The FZ series contributes significantly to Yamaha Motor India’s sales and this roadster range was the third highest-selling product in the company’s portfolio in December 2022. The Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer sold a total of 6,103 units of the FZ series in our market in December 2022.
