Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has announced a limited-period offer for its commuter motorcycle, the Shine in our market. Under this offer, Honda is offering the motorcycle at a low down payment starting from Rs 3,999. They have also announced a rate of interest starting from 7.99 per cent and a cashback of five per cent (up to Rs 5,000) with this motorcycle.
This offer, as mentioned above, is valid for a limited period until 31 March, 2023. The cashback offer mentioned is applicable on a minimum transaction of Rs 40,000, and it can be availed on EMI transactions with SBI credit cards on EMI transactions with a tenure of six months and above. The finance schemes, meanwhile, are available through select finance partners for customers whose profiles fit the specified criteria.
The Honda Shine is among the highest-selling motorcycles in India. In January 2023, for example, the Shine was the second-highest-sold motorcycle and third-highest-sold two-wheeler in the Indian market. This motorcycle competes in the 125cc segment of the Indian market and rivals the likes of Hero Glamour. It is powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that is tuned to deliver a maximum output of 10.59bhp and a peak torque of 11Nm. This motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
