Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), a global giant of motorcycle manufacturing is headquartered in Japan. It holds major stake in its Indian subsidiary, Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIL). SMIL was set up after Suzuki's re-entry into the Indian two-wheeler market after it severed ties with partner TVS in 2000-01. Suzuki was then the technology provider in the former joint venture company TVS Suzuki.

Suzuki, a Japanese automobiles manufacturing company, manufactures a complete range of motorcycles as well as small combustion-powered engine products. A global giant, it has its production units in more than 22 countries. However, in India, it is mostly known as a car manufacturer, thanks to its collaboration with Maruti. Together they are Maruti Suzuki, the largest automobile seller in India. Suzuki operates in three main segments including motorcycles, automobiles and others.

During the 1950s, 1960s and the better part of the 1970s, the company made motorcycles with two-stroke engines. Suzuki became the first Japanese bike manufacturer to win a motocross world championship when Joel Robert won the 1970 250cc title. Suzuki introduced its first motorcycles with a four-stroke engine, the GS400 and GS750, in 1976. Thereafter, Suzuki established a reputation as a manufacturer of well-engineered sport motorcycles.

Suzuki invented four-wheeled ATVs in 1983 and the high performance ATV in 1985 among many other firsts in the ATV segment. The launch of two of its international models in India reflects Suzuki's intent to cater to the Indian enthusiast. Their India line-up includes the new locally assembled Hayabusa and the entire range of Suzuki superbikes - V-Strom, GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F, Intruder M1800R as well as the ATVs - Ozark 250 and QuadSport Z400. Suzuki India's scooters and commuter motorcycles portfolio includes the Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Access, Hayate and Let’s.

Suzuki has recently introduced new bike models like the Burgmann 125 and the Intruder 150 in India which are based on its high powered offerings available in the global market. Suzuki plans to introduce a range of exciting bikes across all categories in 2019 starting with the Gixxer SF.

It's the most comfortable and spacious scooter. Build quality is much better even though it is made of plastic. Performance is better and feels safe to drive even at 70 speed (not recommended -just for testing). Parts are better than a Honda scooter. Maintenance is expensive in comparison to TVS Service centers are not up to the mark in regards to quality of service.

    Feel cheated about mileage

    Abhilash Sharma
Experience is good but very dissatisfied with the milage. Servicing is not up to the expectations. Maintenance is very high. Riding experience is good. You can drive it fast and roughly at any place. Handling is good. Spare parts are a little more expensive and service stations are so few that you have to ride about 50km for their servicing,

    Dhanush S P
Buying a Hayabusa is not just a transaction; it's an immersion into a realm of motorcycling legend. When you step into the dealership, anticipation fills the air. The sleek, aerodynamic design of the Hayabusa commands attention, hinting at the adrenaline-fueled ride to come. Negotiations may dance around price, but the allure of the Hayabusa transcends mere figures. Taking possession of your Hayabusa is a moment of pure euphoria. The engine's roar as you twist the throttle for the first time sends shivers down your spine. Straddling the bike, you feel an immediate connection, as if it's an extension of your own body. Riding a Hayabusa is an unparalleled experience. Its powerful engine propels you forward with relentless force, pushing the boundaries of speed and agility. Each twist of the throttle unleashes a surge of adrenaline as you accelerate with breathtaking velocity. Navigating twists and turns, the Hayabusa handles with precision and finesse, defying its size and power. It hugs the road with confidence, inspiring you to push your limits and explore the outer edges of performance. But riding a Hayabusa isn't just about speed; it's about the journey. Whether carving through scenic mountain roads or cruising along vast highways, every moment on a Hayabusa is an adventure waiting to unfold. As you return home after a thrilling ride, the memories linger long after the engine has cooled. Owning and riding a Hayabusa isn't just about the machine itself; it's about the passion, the exhilaration, and the indelible mark it leaves on your soul. It's an experience that transcends words—a symphony of power, speed, and freedom that only those who have ridden a Hayabusa can truly understand.

This bike is so good. I am so happy to buy this vehicle. I used it regularly. and it's a very comfortable and smooth riding experience I get. this bike showing mileage is approx 49-50 per/litre. I have bought a blue colour race edition variation. service & maintenance - In my case, I have used this vehicle for the last 1 year and 7 months. there are no extra charges I spent on this. only engine oil I used. I had a bad experience.. sometimes I faced problems with self-start.
