Harley-Davidson launches pre-owned business in India

Harley-Davidson has entered the pre-owned motorcycle business in India. Called the Harley-Davidson Originals, this new business will eventually be rolled out at all dealerships in the country. 

The American bike maker decided to launch this initiative after receiving good response from while testing in a few regions. All the pre-owned Harley motorcycles goes through 99-points quality check done by the experts. Along with this, the company is offering one-year warranty as standard. In fact, the customers have the option to extend this warranty scheme by two or three years for additional charges. 

As per the company, the customers from the Originals initiative also gets access to the Harley Owners Group (HOG). This new initiative is definitely going to help garner more riders into the Harley-Davidson family. It also gives an opportunity to its dealers to convert a prospective customer who have come to purchase the pre-owned bike to a brand new one.
