Honda India unveils the CBR250R Police patrolling model

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has unveiled the Police spec CBR250R motorcycle.  The model was unveiled at the 16th Indian International Security Expo being held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and has been developed in partnership with IJS Electronics.

The customised Honda CBR 250R is equipped with high efficiency LED lights, red and blue traditional police beacon lights, collapsible pole lights for high visibility and torch light which will allow the police officers to read and write at night. The motorcycle also comes fitted with a blaring police siren with P.A System, which has a special push to talk button to switch to microphone, when required and a utility box which allows the officer to carry important documents during patrolling. With the Police Model Design CBR 250R Honda also provides a specially designed helmet fitting with a hands free microphone which helps the police officer to address the public while riding the bike with ease.

Police Model Design CBR 250R Motorcycle has been designed as a potential police patrolling vehicle which can be used by police officers to assist with their duties in patrolling and responding to incidents. It’s a great effort by Honda India but our security agencies are not still ready to use such an expensive two wheeled product.
