My dad got me a wolf+ a Joy e bike. Great and the design is unique. The seat and suspension are also comfortable. Plus, I'm saving a lot of money on gas. Many people save money by using petrol. A great helping hand towards the community by controlling pollution with the help of EV scooters which are truly made in India.

Bike is useless and service of joy is pathetic. My battery got faulty after about one year & the battery was submitted to the service centre 2 months + later. There is no tat, no communication & accountability. No one responds properly. Till today replacement has not been received. This is a big scam this company is not for business but for looting otherwise they would have acted fast to resolve customer issues. Total waste of money, Never buy Joy e-bike.

Don't buy dealers blaming the company and company saying we don't have that dealer in town. the poorest service ever faced in an auto company. Poor in performance the body covers are very poor quality and need more improvement in design not up to the mark the average is just 45 km per charge too with no Pillion company is far behind in research and just uses Chinese component and just assemble product... very poor quality I have never seen such big brand with poor word wizard sorry.

It's switch got damaged in 1 month and in 5 months it's metre got damaged and it costs me 2000 saying that it is not considered under warranty. It's totally waste of money and time don't buy joy bike instead add some money and go for Bajaj chetak . They is no comfort while riding this bike. It's totally waste and they are cheating customer by selling this china product

Waste money on Joy

DO NOT BUYI bought this vehicle in april 2021. It has troubled me a lot. The built quality is pathetic. The parts are delicate. Battery is horrible. I couldn’t ride 25kms range after a full charge 6 months after the purchase. Now the battery has gone dead and the new battery is costing 38000. Dealership has been giving me reasons and blames us for not using the vehicle properly. I would not recommend any product of this company.

My buying experience was smooth as the customer support team was constantly in touch with us. I had taken test ride of lot of electric bikes. Such as OLA, Ather, Joy ebike and all. After that I bought joy e bike wolf. WOLF is perfect for me as it meets all my requirements. Service-wise and maintenance wise I haven't faced any problems.

Low quality cheap toy with no joy

The seller was too sweet while selling with lots of fake promises. This was told to run an 80 kms single charge with a speed of 45 km per hour however it was restricted to 25 km per hour with a max 45-50 km single charge. The body is cheap material as it cracked in places and the seller refused to replace parts saying it's not under warranty. Too low seat, good for young girls or ladies. Not good for daily commute. Service is average, maintenance seems low. Better and strong options are available in the market. Don't waste your money.

Worst product and customer service, the battery can't take mileage 30km one-time change so I request to customer service that after the 1-month change it and took old 2nd hand battery but given the mileage 28km one-time charge. so I wrote a complaint and mail but they did;t replied and any answer from his rsm department at Pune contact person.

Worst service and product don't bay this

Worst product and customer service, the battery can't take mileage 30km one-time change so I request to customer service that after the 1-month change it and took old 2nd hand battery but given the mileage 28km one-time charge. so I wrote a complaint and mail but they did;t replied and any answer from his rsm department at Pune contact person.
