Hero Electric Atria Summary
The Hero Atria is an electric scooter available in a single variant – LX. The scooter competes in the low-speed segment of the Indian electric two-wheeler space and boasts a maximum speed of 25kmph. Thus, it does not need a driving license or registration.
This electric scooter uses a 250W BLDC engine that draws power from a 51.2V/30Ah lithium-ion battery pack. The battery is claimed to deliver a range of 85km per full charge. The charging time is rated at five hours.
The styling cues include an apron-mounted headlight and a digital instrument cluster. The headlight, DRLs, and taillight are LED units. Buyers can opt from two, single-tone colour choices – Gray and Red. The suspension tasks on the Hero Atria are handled by telescopic front forks and twin rear springs while the braking setup comprises drum brakes on both wheels. The scooter rides on 12-inch wheels at both ends.
It rivals the likes of Pure EV ETrance+ and the Okinawa R30 in the Indian market.

The e-scooter is decent for short commutes but lacks power for uphill climbs. Its portability and ease of use are convenient, but battery life could be better. Overall, it's a satisfactory option for casual riders.smooth ride on flat surfaces, making it ideal for urban environments. Need more improvement.

Very stylish, smooth run, load capacity is standard, the headlight is very bright, but body durability needs to be modified, the problem facing about a meter, body cracked tire is not long-lasting, seat plastic is also broken, suddenly accelerometer not working service center is not non cooperate these are problem facing.

Dealer supplies used battery and manufacturer supports it

Bike design is good. Features are good. Comfort speed riding experience is also nice. The one major drawback is the bike is wholly customized by dealers. Manufacturer gives freedom to dealers to bill the bike with their own choice of spares. This gives room for cheating customer. Just two weeks back I bought the vehicle and it was home delivered with an used battery. I don't know what is the current backup of it. The dealer gives promise to take care the bike for 3 years and installs a used battery which may run the bike for 3 years but not at the rated capacity. So please beware of battery condition while buying.

Hero atria is a superb scooter..... Although it has a maximum speed of 27 km/h, it is most capable in terms of comfort in that range. I have been using this scooter for daily work like dropping my sister at school, my intermediate college, exchange of gas cylinders, leisure rides and many more. You can trust it.

Worst service centre or customer care

The vehicle looks good and driving both customer service is too bad. I have given my vehicle for some fault it's in the warranty not rectified as of today completed 40 daysCustomer care numbers are never answeredDaily service center gives the same reasons or replies and also they tell the company not responding to them also.

Don't not buy any electric scooter it is a juggad

Very poor service and don't have good headlight ion very first day its converter was destroyed and in the service the mechanic is very unprofessional they broke my side panel and they are having an attitude toward their costumers very unsatisfied I am thinking of selling it and buy petrol scooty instead like activa.

1) I'm crazy about bikes and the HERO ATRIA perfect option to go for as I'm >182)This Beast runs so smooth on all terrains.... so no bumpy rides.3) It's so much stylish in its segment....always gathers public attention on the road.4) I've had so many good memories with this bike.5)No negatives from my side..... it's a 10/10 Choice.

Think About It Before Buying.

It's a very good scooter in this price range.But the problem is its product quality,1. After 2 months of purchase headlight Stopped working.2. After 5 months of purchase left side indicator stopped working.3. Matte paint quality is average.4. All brakes are very bad, they didn't give you confidence while riding.
