The riding and performance of the bike are good But in 3 months bike visit the showroom more than three times for engine light Jawa workers resolve the problem and it comes back in travel of 100 to 150 km They change the parts which are damaged The exhaust is not equal for every bike I seeNuts' quality is very poor.Suggest not buying either go for some other bike.

I am facing constant mechanical failure from my jawa bike. Since the time of purchase, I am facing n number of challenges that weren’t rectified properly. And takes time to resolve. In a span of six months, I have towed my vehicle to the service station three times due to mechanical failure. Talking about the last incident my vehicle was towed to the service center due to mechanical failure. They said it would take three days to repair, however, it took two weeks to repair. After these two weeks, I received a call from the service center saying the vehicle is ready. When I received the vehicle from the service center the front brake was not effective even after changing the brake pad during the service. The total amount for the service was inr 22,000. I was surprised by the fact that even the brake was not rectified properly after changing the brake pad and charging a ‘labor charge’ for each individual item replaced or repaired and on top of that paid service charge and consumable charges. I notified the service manager and they took the vehicle for inspection again. An hour later the manager informed me that it would take one more day. I returned to work from there. The vehicle was delivered to my workplace after a day saying it is in perfect condition now. The vehicle was not properly rectified even after that. While riding, the vehicle is getting off and not getting started. I took a video and informed the service manager. The same process happened again. They came took the vehicle, said it is rectified, and delivered it a day later. Again the same story. The same mechanical issue isn’t rectified. Informed them and they took my vehicle to the service center again. In these three years of owning this vehicle, I have spent almost half the vehicle cost on services and repairs. This is my only vehicle and I depend on it on a daily basis for all my travel be it for work or other purposes. While comparing the ownership cost of other bikes in this category I feel that my choice to buy a Jawa product was a disaster. I feel cheated of my hard-earned money.

Its spares are worthless of their genuinity, they are looting money from the public in the name of genuine parts, vehicles get out of order any time between your important rides and create extreme frustration how to toe away to the agency, local mechanics deny from repairing this bike as it's spares are too costly to handle the comfortable ride, it's better to go for royal Enfield, you will not cry, jawa is a waste of money and your emotions, it's not at the level of the cruiser, it's just a simple motorcycle and they are just trying to create a brand to make their spare parts more expensive to recover their manufacturing costs.
