I am using honda dio for a while for daily commute i will ride around 20 to 25 kms it was quite good for city commute and i am getting fuel mileage of about 40kms/liter in city commuting but if i took it around higher distance at a stretch to the outskirts of city mileage will come around 50kms/liter. Riding position in city is good but in quite long travel you will feel uncomfortable though it is city commute scooter i won't complain about it.Honda always maintains the look of dio better often upgrading the aesthetics is welcoming move so it become popular among the younger generation. Maintenance also not cost much more it will come around 700 to 1000 rs for every 3000kms. Do change engine oil and air filter regularly for better performance.I use motul engine oil for my scooter it is a good combination.Pros :Better scooter for city commute. Good mileage in the range. Low maintenance. Good responsive in city traffic. Cons :Initial pickup is bit low.

Owning a dio dx bs6 model from last one year, Pro's and con's which I found are:-
::::::: PRO'S :::::::::
This machine can go upto 90 km/h with an ease.
If smoothly ridden (don't over accelerating quickly), it never returns mileage below 55 km/l.
I have ridden it upto its limits many times, never felt any engine screaming noise or vibrations. Such a refined engine it is.
Engine switch START/ON/OFF feature is really a gem. Never found any issue during cold start.

No front disc brake.
Body vibrations can be felt sometimes in initial pickup i.e. in speed below 10km/h.
Not suitable for tall persons for long rides.

The vehicle is excellent. The rider can glide smoothly on the road using the vehicle. It certainly looks elegant. I liked the digital speedometer and LED headlight (Dio Dlx Model). Got the vehicle delivered on the same day of booking from RED Honda, Mandaveli, Chennai. I hope my good experience with the vehicle will continue in the future. The only point which I can consider as negative is the cost of the vehicle. Its on-road cost is almost a lakh of rupees including all fittings.

I got a very poor maintenance service from the company side, when i was said the problems affected on my bike, and i strongly believing that the problems are not a cause from my side. When i ride my bs4 bike, it given me a very poor riding experience. When i ride more with my bike, its handle generate a heavy shearing, i told this problem during servicing, they completely ignored, and also during morning, evening and if the bike not used for 1 more days, and after that, then i trying to start my bike, it is not easy, daily it waste my 10 or 15 minutes.

I bought this scooter in the year 2010 and the buying experience is good.
Riding this bike in city or on the highways is easy and the driving is easy to handle for everyone.
Looks are changed day by day from company but that doesn't matter more in such low price but in terms of performance this is too good in their segment.
Service and maintenance cost is too low for it according to its performance.

I bought it in 2021.Despite driving it about 50km daily. It gave me nearly 55kmpl mileage. It's an absolute comfort to ride. Despite having non-abs braking its brakes are decent. In my opinion, it is the best scooter so far. I would really recommend it for a daily commute and any occasional ride. Because it has looks and performance both in a single scooter that too at a price comparable to other scooters in the same segment. The only thing missing is the technology features that other scooters are having.

I bought this vehicle for city riding. It looks smart and attractive. Pick-up is a very nice n comfort riding. Totally it attracts the youth. I recommend it for the rural area also. It's a scooty for all age groups. Ladies can handle it easily with respect to its weight. Outlook is very attractive with dual colors.
