Place: Chennai
I am writing this review after completing the 30000 kms(30k kms) .
Pros:
1. Very smooth engine at any speeds
2. High end performance is ultimate
3. Riding posture is well designed
4. Handling is best in the scooter segment
5. Braking superb even though drum.
Pros explanation:
Dio bs6 engine is very smooth when compared to any other scooters in India
But it never compromises on performance with loss of power, especially once its speed touched 45 km/h it performance is ultimate .
Butter smooth gear box, minimal vibration at low speed, breaking is superb only with rider. Headlight is amazing.
Cons:
1.Worst suspension setup in scooters
2.Worst comfort
3.Worst low end performance.
4.Bad stability.
5. Not suitable for highway rides and long rides.
Cons explanation;
1. Dio bs6 have new frame setup like ( tvs scooty es). This is the first time Honda introduced this frame setup for all his scooter models bs6 complaints. But main problem is there in the scooter.
After every vehicle completes 5000 to 10000 kms, dio vehicle faces suspension failure issue, Reported the issue at 6k kms but service guys did not address the solution for this issue, still now 4 times i changed rear shock absorber but still my issue is not solved by the service center, after that i tested more than a 50 no's of vehicles in Chennai city. People are facing this issue , but that they are not aware about this.
All the vehicles I tested comes with same suspension issue.
Due this shock absorber failure , scooter will lose stability and rear side wobbling issue arises and it is very difficult to drive on muddy roads and rainy season.
Dio bs6 and all bs6 scooters of Honda have the same suspension issue. I tried to escalate this issue to higher authority. Bit I cant reach them.
So kindly don't buy this vehicle if you want to save your (spinal cord) .
While driving this scooter. Its definitely damages your spinal cord bone and hip.
So kindly think before you purchase any scooter of bs6 model from Honda and please ask and test drive the other people those who purchased the scooter.

This vehicle is light & easily steerable.
Easy to find the service. Body color is awesome. The experience of riding is good.
The mileage is very good compared to other scooters available in the market, like Hero.
Due to the 100cc engine, the easy to handle the Scooter.
The color of the scooter is awesome.
They also ensure a more comfortable riding posture. The step-through design is advantageous for riders who face difficulty placing a leg over a motorcycle.

It was very comfortable to ride in Dio bike its minimum milage is 60 its not too weight it is less weight to ride in off road and high ways it will not take too much fuel the Honda company will update so many models yearly and yearly in front and back of the bike the front light seems to be different than the old model.

And if anyone tries to buy a small scooty, buy a Dio Honda, you will never regret that's my promise. And every workshop can easily fix the problem that is good in my place.

I have been using the Honda Dio for the past 6 years. My dad bought me this vehicle after I completed my 12th, so I have been using this vehicle for my college purposes also. Talking about the positives, this vehicle gives me decent mileage and comfort, but some facilities are minimal, like braking, drag whole moving at 70 km or above. I feel like power is also a bit low. The design is pretty good; overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10.

It is a very nice bike and it gives 49 kilometres mileage to one litre petrol and it design and looks is amazing of the bike and it's performance is very nice while going at Speed, it has amazing control of the bike. Smoothest scooter ever used. It’s been a 10-year journey with Honda and their scooters. I’ve been using Dio from the second generation and have updated it till now with the deluxe one. It is spacious, filled with extra storage boxes, and best-in-class smooth performance equal to its range bikes. This is the smoothest one at a budget & comport. One of my favourite bikes.

Having a superb experience with this one, giving mileage, I am working as medical Representative while carrying samples goods I really felt happy to have this .While riding in this there was no pain I have also ride for 450 kms in one day, no problem. I have also been there while riding a long way.

It is spacious, filled with extra storage boxes, and best-in-class smooth performance equal to its range bikes. This is the smoothest one at a budget & comport. One of my favourite bikes.

I bought this bike in 2021. Having a superb experience with this one, giving mileage, I am working as medical Representative while carrying samples goods I really felt happy to have this .While riding in this there was no pain I have also ride for 450 kms in one day, no problem. I have also been there while riding a long way.
