    Bought pure ev Epluto thinking it was an IIT HYDERABAD product, ran it to 30,000 km, battery performance was half the promised, and gave 30 km mileage. After a few days ride it for 5 km and stopped. Send it to the company and a reply come from the company after 60 days that there was no warranty and they ask me to pay 7500 rupees for MBF, recommend to install then the issue will 100 percent be solved, so I paid and receive it after 20 days and again ride my bike. It gives 60 km mileage, which was good till 1st week, and again the same problem 5km mileage. Informed the showroom about the same problem and again the company told me to send the battery to the company and again come to me after 60 days, with again same issues and now I dumped this scooter permanently, my advice is not to buy this brand, rather burn your money.

    Horrible Ev-Pure

    Missed lot of simple practical designs. Worst service center experience. Service centers vanish just like that. Pure also dont respond to escalations. Accessories rust. Takes 8-10months to get you registration document. Everyday 3-5 people will be fighting in service center for repetitive issues.

    I purchase EPluto 7G, in 1-year battery off problem every time. Just 10 to 20kmtrs of the bike with very poor company battery every month battery service & reset in Hyderabad factory and again this battery problem.

    Do not trust this brand. I bought epluto 7g Dec 2021. Whenever I planned free service for my bike, the dealership denied my request and delayed the service whenever possible. I wanted to check the battery service process as this was promised by the dealer - sankar (chennai ebikes, now shut down) before the vehicle purchase. After many requests to visit the service center, I was denied that option too. Many dealerships allow customer lounge access in a closed glass cabin where they can watch the inspection and service of their vehicles. Coming to the main picture, the vehicle broke down at the 11-month mark without a warning in the middle of a highway road in peak traffic. Struggled to get roadside assistance for service pickup and the customer service team asked me to wait. After 3 hours they informed me there are no manpower in the service station and asked me to take the bike home myself in a minivan or load auto. I then took the battery to the service station myself the next day and the battery was sent to hyderabad for a checkup. 3 months later, the battery came back with a bill amount of 5000 rupees. I asked why the charge when the battery is still under warranty. They said the battery has never been serviced even once. It was a shock to me. Even after a struggling attempt to give the vehicle for service and follow-up, the only service that has been done in 4 free service schedules was just washing the scooter, which I would have done at home. How can dealer mistakes be pushed onto the customers? please do not trust this brand. I know the resale value for electric vehicles is not as good as for ice vehicles. But the service guy said the vehicle resale is just 35k for a vehicle bought approx a year back with 2k km run and in good condition. I am yet to receive the battery though. It's been a tragedy so far.

    Don't buy this bike
    I am facing a battery problem for 6 months still not been resolved. Poor customer care they don't have spares. The service center will not service your bike properly they give your bike as it is without servicing the bike. If you call the service center they will say the factory is not responding if you call the factory they say we will not do anything service center is responsible for one.

  • Please don’t buy pure ev bikes

    I had brought and e pluto 7g on 12.05.2022
    At sri enterprise kundrathur chennai 600128
    On 2.08.2022 suddenly while I am driving the vehicle in the middle of the road vehicle stopped.
    Then I contacted sri enterprise they told sent the vehicle to towing service.
    Then after one week, they call me about the battery issue the battery has to send hyderabad head office.
    After a 10 they gave me a rotational battery with only 60 km traveling capacity. I had struggled a lot due to this low-range battery.
    After I have called to customer car for more than 60 days then only they send me back the battery
    After 3 days the same problem when the battery reached 50 % it automatically vehicle turned off again in stock at the middle of the road again I sent my vehicle to the service place
    Then had told aging the battery issue have to send hyderabad head office for service
    For more than 40 days my vehicle at the service cent
    Due to they don’t have rotational batteries
    That time also in had contacted them many times with to customer's car they didn’t respond properly after a severe time I forced customer care they connected me to the battery department head he promised me this time we will rectify the issue again you do not get this problem.
    Now the same repeated
    After a long follow-up with your team member
    I got my battery on 5.4.2023
    Today morning @ 8 am riding the vehicle on the highway suddenly vehicle stopped at 50% battery I had a sudden shock it happened when I am over taking a big truck oh my god it was my good time
    At the time I had to contact your customer car and also the service center.
    They had simply tell send the vehicle to towing service
    If I got into an accident on time who will be tack care of my family
    Your people don’t give value to other people's life
    I had spent my harden money we buy the vehicle
    In the 11 months, my vehicle was left at the service center for more the 3 months
    For the 3 months also I had to pay the EMI with you using that.
    Please improve your service team knowledge.

    Don't buy this bike
    I am facing a battery problem for 6 months still not been resolved. Poor customer care they don't have spares. The service center will not service your bike properly they give your bike as it is without servicing the bike. If you call the service center they will say the factory is not responding if you call the factory they say we will not do anything service center is responsible for one.

    I had brought and e pluto 7g on 12.05.2022
    At sri enterprise kundrathur chennai 600128
    On 2.08.2022 suddenly while I am driving the vehicle in the middle of the road vehicle stopped.
    Then I contacted sri enterprise they told sent the vehicle to towing service.
    Then after one week, they call me about the battery issue the battery has to send hyderabad head office.
    After a 10 they gave me a rotational battery with only 60 km traveling capacity. I had struggled a lot due to this low-range battery.
    After I have called to customer car for more than 60 days then only they send me back the battery
    After 3 days the same problem when the battery reached 50 % it automatically vehicle turned off again in stock at the middle of the road again I sent my vehicle to the service place
    Then had told aging the battery issue have to send hyderabad head office for service
    For more than 40 days my vehicle at the service cent
    Due to they don’t have rotational batteries
    That time also in had contacted them many times with to customer's car they didn’t respond properly after a severe time I forced customer care they connected me to the battery department head he promised me this time we will rectify the issue again you do not get this problem.
    Now the same repeated
    After a long follow-up with your team member
    I got my battery on 5.4.2023
    Today morning @ 8 am riding the vehicle on the highway suddenly vehicle stopped at 50% battery I had a sudden shock it happened when I am over taking a big truck oh my god it was my good time
    At the time I had to contact your customer car and also the service center.
    They had simply tell send the vehicle to towing service
    If I got into an accident on time who will be tack care of my family
    Your people don’t give value to other people's life
    I had spent my harden money we buy the vehicle
    In the 11 months, my vehicle was left at the service center for more the 3 months
    For the 3 months also I had to pay the EMI with you using that.
    Please improve your service team knowledge.

    Bought pure ev Epluto thinking it was an IIT HYDERABAD product, ran it to 30,000 km, battery performance was half the promised, and gave 30 km mileage. After a few days ride it for 5 km and stopped. Send it to the company and a reply come from the company after 60 days that there was no warranty and they ask me to pay 7500 rupees for MBF, recommend to install then the issue will 100 percent be solved, so I paid and receive it after 20 days and again ride my bike. It gives 60 km mileage, which was good till 1st week, and again the same problem 5km mileage. Informed the showroom about the same problem and again the company told me to send the battery to the company and again come to me after 60 days, with again same issues and now I dumped this scooter permanently, my advice is not to buy this brand, rather burn your money.

    Horrible Ev-Pure

    Missed lot of simple practical designs. Worst service center experience. Service centers vanish just like that. Pure also dont respond to escalations. Accessories rust. Takes 8-10months to get you registration document. Everyday 3-5 people will be fighting in service center for repetitive issues.

    I purchase EPluto 7G, in 1-year battery off problem every time. Just 10 to 20kmtrs of the bike with very poor company battery every month battery service & reset in Hyderabad factory and again this battery problem.

    Do not trust this brand. I bought epluto 7g Dec 2021. Whenever I planned free service for my bike, the dealership denied my request and delayed the service whenever possible. I wanted to check the battery service process as this was promised by the dealer - sankar (chennai ebikes, now shut down) before the vehicle purchase. After many requests to visit the service center, I was denied that option too. Many dealerships allow customer lounge access in a closed glass cabin where they can watch the inspection and service of their vehicles. Coming to the main picture, the vehicle broke down at the 11-month mark without a warning in the middle of a highway road in peak traffic. Struggled to get roadside assistance for service pickup and the customer service team asked me to wait. After 3 hours they informed me there are no manpower in the service station and asked me to take the bike home myself in a minivan or load auto. I then took the battery to the service station myself the next day and the battery was sent to hyderabad for a checkup. 3 months later, the battery came back with a bill amount of 5000 rupees. I asked why the charge when the battery is still under warranty. They said the battery has never been serviced even once. It was a shock to me. Even after a struggling attempt to give the vehicle for service and follow-up, the only service that has been done in 4 free service schedules was just washing the scooter, which I would have done at home. How can dealer mistakes be pushed onto the customers? please do not trust this brand. I know the resale value for electric vehicles is not as good as for ice vehicles. It's been a tragedy so far.
