Waiting for 15 days but no option to see even dummy. So that one can decide whether to buy it or not.
Riding experience
Just ok. Continues noise on tires when drive with 2 persons and even service center don't have permanent solution for this.
Details about looks, performance etc.
Looks are good and performance is also ok.
Servicing and maintenance
Worst service. No service center available near me and if go to a service center which is 10km distance from my location then they always need complete day to do service and also the quality of service and parts used are very bad.
Item replaced at the time of service again stops working in 1 day and on next visit service center need charges for same issue.
No way to contact any heads, no one pick call when contact on customer care number.
Tried to talk on chat but they are saying use website and submit feedback but they don't know where is the option of giving feedback.

Servicing and maintenance- writing here my honest review, bought vehicle on 7 Sep 2021 after 20 days I found crack on vehicle. Inform to salesman of showroom. After daily follow-up they did nothing. Hero had worst customer service. I have write couple of mails to customer care but did not get proper reply & service manager told me that I have to pay for that accessory which is broken without any cause. Mileage wise its good. You can't ride in night as its light is so so dim hardly 10 meter area is visible. One word review worst service care.

It cost me rs.72000 and all the pros are written is fake because it only goes to 50 km in one charge and service cast 300 rs. After every 4 months so, I think don't buy an electric scooter if you are looking for one because all material is a Chinese type material
And the service center does not resolve issues because they do not take any care. When I go to service they don't touch scooty after 1 to 2hr after complaint and make pressure they touch and give service but all service are lower than 3rd class
I recommend taking a petrol vehicle. Because the electric scooty cost is more and the service is very very poor.

I purchased the hero optima two-wheeler 10 months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The vehicle has failed multiple times, and I've had to take it in for service six times within this short period. What's worse is that the company's response has been nothing short of appalling. They don't pick up the phone, and when I've visited the service center, the staff have been rude and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, the vehicle has been with the company for servicing for three months out of the ten, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service from a reputed brand like hero, but my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.
I urge other potential buyers to be cautious before purchasing the hero optima, as my experience has been one of constant frustration and disappointment. I hope the company takes note of this review and improves its service standards for the benefit of its customers.

This is the best model of hero electric
And this is most decent and a good electric vehicle which runs at normal speed for more than 100kms on single charge this is eco friendly and antitheft scooter and more over this is of budget friendly which includes most comforts to choose a e-vehicle only the problem is it cant exceed more than 40 km/h and looking is quite simple not too attractive overall this model is the considerable as top 10electric scooty available in India.

Here are the pros and cons after driving this bike for 5000kms in 6 months.
Pros
1. Good mileage of 55-65 on one battery
2. Battery is light and removable with an extremely low running cost which is the biggest pro.
3. Cost is 90k approx for dual battery bike with 120 kms real range top speed of 45km/hr.
Cons
1 Brakes are not as effective. Feels like cycle brakes. They make a clicking noise when pressed hard.
2 The bike has a very low ground clearance and will scrape on all the speed-breakers. The service center Autonex in Mumbai claims that the below is just a plastic cover for water protection and will not damage the bike.
3 Plastic body strength is very poor as plastic panels are damaged. I have noticed that the front mudguard and side panels below the foot are damaged in almost all bikes used for more than 6 months including mine. Plastic panels are damaged in regular driving without impact.
4 Odometer fails to display battery charge in volts. I estimate my battery usage on the basis of 55 kms from my last full charge. Also, there is no range indicator as to how many kms can be driven on the battery. Odometer resets itself to zero on going to 5000km
5 The buttons for reverse and cruise control separately added by the company are of low quality and fail to work most of the time.
6 One of my batteries has started to give me 35 km range and is sent for replacement within 6 months. They usually take 25-35 days to replace the battery which is unreasonable.
7 It makes a rattling noise when it goes in potholes. Both from front and back.
8 There are frequent issues with electronic circuits due to which headlights and other components do not work sometimes.
9 seat is rigid and uncomfortable for long rides. There is a ridge on the seat which make it very uncomfortable for riders with 6 feet of height.
10 side bodyguards are priced at 5000 which is not worth it. Avoid it if possible.
11 service center service cost is 500-600 which is high considering there is only brake cleaning and washing.
Overall the bike is okay if you have a low budget and want to charge at home It has a negligible running cost if you are switching from Petrol. However, after you purchase this bike after regular use you will feel that it is just an assembled Chinese product and no research or testing has been done on bikes before selling by a company that has experience in making cycles and is now experimenting with electric bikes.
Their product development team and service centers have a long way to go.
