The buying experience is very good and riding experience is also good. The bike has a good look but I received a faulty side stand switch and Because of that bike is stopping unexpectedly while I am riding. I also visited the Hero service centre four times but still problem is still not solved. The service of hero bikes is very bad. I suggest everyone go for Honda bikes.

They were purchased on 6th Nov 24. After driving 1000 km in 20 days, the rear wheel bearing has broken inside the drum itself. The suspension quality is average. Sometimes, the engine automatically stops at a low speed in traffic. The breaking is okay. Overall, this is an average product by Hero. Dealer behavior is also an issue. There are no proper answers to queries. Think twice before purchasing this.

Hero super splendor xtec bike is superb bike for daily commute as it's give mileage about 60km/ litre of petrol. Riding experience also so smooth and sturdy. It's look is also so beautiful and it comes with 125cc engine. Servicing charges for 1st servicing was about 400 rupees and second servicing was totally free.
Pros-1- Good mileage.
2- Good looking.
3- Smooth riding experience.
Cons-
1- Always light of bike is on condition during riding even in day.
2- During starting it stops sometimes.
3- During riding of bike start stops when we reduce speed to less than 10km/hr.

I bought this bike for my father. This bike is very good for young and old people. This has a smooth sound. This gives an unbelievable speed and throttle. I thought I would buy one again for my uncle. Riding experience is quite very good. This bike's mileage is not bad of this bike. I advise any person to buy this bike.

its a nice budget-friendly commuter bike with decent mileage and power, and I am very happy about the maintenance cost. just change the tyre, oil, and tighten the chain subsequently, and you're good to go. My bike the 1 year old, and I still ride without any issue. If you have raised the money, I think you should go for the unicorn.

If you are planning to enter in hero family, then don't think too much, just go for it. A very reliable and trusted company hero is. This is our third vehicle from Hero. Later, we purchased glamour and splendor plus. Their response are quite good. You can ride it 1 lakh km without engine issues. Just go for it.

I bought this bike 2 months ago. Design, Mileage, and Riding Experience is good. Service experience is good. Only thing I can mention is that bike has little problem with 2nd and 3rd gear shifting specially when you are going from 3rd to 2nd in traffic bike gear stuck a little and sometimes bike stops suddenly. I have done 2 services and mentioned this problem but seems they are not keen to solve. Both time they said clutch was creating problem now we have tighten that but I am still facing this problem. Also, I have seen this problem in many reviews of Hero 125cc bikes whether it is Super Splendor or Glamour variants. Same issue in all these bikes. It frustrates me sometimes thinking I spent more than a lakh waited almost one week to get matt grey color and still not happy with the performance better had any other second hand bike in half the price.
