Buying experience: Buying experience was quite easy you will not feel many problems.
Riding experience: The riding experience is good feels comfortable we can go on long rides too.
Details about looks, and performance: the look is good they can enhance it but it's good overall, performance is pretty nice you will not find many problems when you will ride it
Servicing and maintenance: you will not need to go to service centres again and again only you have to visit it when its target distance will be completed not have much maintenance but yes its plug gives problems sometimes, especially in winter.
Pros and cons: this vehicle will satisfy you in this price range its i3s function is also useful in places of traffic its mileage in this price range is also good and you will not face any problems in day-to-day life.
Cons: sometimes it speedometer body shakes when you ride overall I didn't feel any major problems.
My recommendation: you can take this bike for daily purposes or occasional trips.

I had purchased hero passion pro new model. I had purchased this as a brand but I don't know the quality of material used to make engine parts which broke by just striking at a small pot hole on the road which was full of water while travelling in city areas. It was my sheer luck that it was not a highway or any other village side road with your hero bike. I had gone to the service centre at Avenue auto khambalpada dombivali east service centre. They told me
It's been a year since I bought the bike I faced many more problems like :-
1. Battery problem
2. 2nd gear problem
3. Engine problem
4. Self start problem
5. Engine parts problem
