Bike is very comfortable as you'd expect a cruiser bike to be. However i also expect reliability from this bike. I don't use bike daily, however even if i leave it for just a week, this refuse to start and i have to run with the bike to make it start. This has been an issue with many fellow avenger users, not a one off on this one. From a bike at this range, i don't expect such an issue, very poor self start i have dreams of getting stuck in a place as i am unable to start it. Second issue oil leakage when on side stand. I don't know why bajaj is doing such a shutty job here. The reason is that its not just me, this is a quality issue with the avenger street 220 somewhere. Plus there is mo kick so forget about starting the bike without running. So winters are really bad for this poor boy. Even on choke it doesn't start, if some people are wondering that and yes battery is not an issue, i have it checked at different places just to make sure. That's all, still this bike is very very comfortable on road when riding, no doubt about it. But these very basic issues make me think thrice whether i wanna go out on a bike today?

It's very hard, can't sit on it for more than 20-30 mins. Did ride this bike for 600kms in a day without getting much body pain or feeling tired. A must bike for people who are looking for a comfortable ride. 220 street is good for the city rides also. Bajaj should put disc brake with abs in both the wheels. And definitely do something for the pillion seat.

Street 220 has been a big time disappointment. Bike vibrates after 80/kmh. Disk break is broken makes some weird noises and scratches to some part of the bike. The guards of the bike have broken twice ( i had fixed them with authorized service center only). Bike shuts off while riding (got it repaired, still happening). Bike's maximum speed has been 80km/hr, after that it starts extremely vibrating. Apart from being comfortable, bike has no good features. Not recommending.
