On dated 31/03/2022 I booked a vespa scooter from khatwani moters madan mahal Jabalpur, at that time they told me that scooter will be delivered within 10 days but on 22/04/2022 when I enquired about my scooter they told me that it takes minimum 15 days more. Initiated for refund but till today no money refunded.

.Vespa is known for its retro-styled scooters that are precise, proportionate and amazingly built. Vespa lx125 is no exception. It features a retro-styled handlebar, wide rear view mirrors that get a chrome treatment, a round vintage-styled headlamp, neatly laid front turn blinkers over the apron, a step-up floor board, comfy single seat piece, stylish satin-finish 10-inch wheels, rear grab rail and a clunky tail section with light and turn indicators. The apron is garnished by a chrome border which is one of the highlights of the design. The front turn blinkers and the headlamp get a chrome boundary that looks very upmarket. The air intake grills over the apron also get chrome finish. The ornament on the front fender is another notable component of the scooter that looks pleasing.

First of all.. 'Vespa's are not for Indian roads' .pathetic suspensions (FR-R) . If you are looking for a daily commuter Maruti Suzuki Dzire VXi Please don't go for Vespa as service sucks, monthly maintenance will make your pocket cry and constant issues are headache......

If you are looking for a daily commuter Maruti Suzuki Dzire VXi Please don't go for Vespa as service sucks, monthly maintenance will make your pocket cry and constant issues are headache...For 150000 you are just getting a Premium appeal and a refined engine but at the end this bike is Total Crap.

I bought Vespa scooty on may 5, 2021.. Noise started coming from engine. I brought my scooty to showroom to show the noise, but technician told that no noise is coming like that.For 4 months frequently I am going to the showroom for same reason. Still same problem comin...
I bought Vespa scooty on may 5, 2021.. Noise started coming from engine. I brought my scooty to showroom to show the noise, but technician told that no noise is coming like that.For 4 months frequently I am going to the showroom for same reason. Still same problem coming for us. One month before scooty did not start at all. After 1 hour it started. I brought my scooty to showroom. They said, we will check and give you. Next I went to showroom and took my scooty. After i came to home, again it did not start at all. I called the showroom, technician came and checked the vehicle started and he took the vehicle along with him.
Next he called me to take vehicle. Again I went to showroom and took my vehicle.. While coming home i put petrol. After putting vehicle did not start in petrol bunk itself. Again I called to showroom and technician came and checked and the vehicle did not start. In half n hour the vehicle started.. He took vehicle to showroom and said fuel pump had heated so need to change that.. He asked, need time for 15 days. I said ok.. I asked manager, kindly give me another vehicle because i took this vehicle on may month. Still frequently coming to showroom for any compliant like that.. Manager said, this time we will clear all the problems and give you like that.. But still noise coming If I ask manager and they are telling I can't do anything. You can raise compliant like that But if I raised complaint, no reply mail and call.

I am having very terrible experience with this scooter, after using around 2 months. It’s fuel pump got fused they replaced it and took 2 days for the same. Again after some days there was petrol leakage problem i got it fixed from workshop wasted my full day then again...

Again after some days there was petrol leakage problem i got it fixed from workshop wasted my full day then again there is petrol leakage problem which mechanics of Vespa workshop couldn’t fix. They have my scoter from last 3 days but no solution so far. I wont recommend to invest money as Vespa bs vi model isn’t worth it.

all scooters have the same problem the front headlight part get sound when went to showroom they say to replace whole unit if we ask to change they will say the parts are not available I am riding without changing it irritates me I have seen several bikes coming to show...

Read this before choosing a vespa. If you're a practical person who's buying a moped to fulfill your daily needs, this probably isn't the best buy.Vespa is firstly too pricey, you could probably own two better performing mopeds of different colours. The vehicle is outdated in terms of features, while today many mopeds have connectivity, digital instrument cluster and led headlights with drl's, the vespa sticks on to the halogen bulbs which is really outdated.Extremely poor ground clearance, even the smallest of the speed breakers will make you feel guilty.Mileage isn't as efficient as promised by the sales executive in the showroom, they promise you 40-55 but you'll hardly get 30-35.Metal body is prone to catch dust and scratches so if your vespa isn't well maintained it might look like a decade old whereas it can be just a few months old.To conclude, if you're buying a moped to fulfill all your commute needs and this is the only vehicle you're going to own then do not choose vespa! it's only to brag among the rest of the mopeds that you're one among 1000, you're rich and classy. Just not practical, think before you invest nearly 2 lakhs on it.Cheers.

I had owned piaggio vespa sxl 125 matte black 3 years ago and i rode this moped for 30000 kms.First of all this moped is one of the best in the moped segment because of its stylish looks,colours,handling,suspension and heavy body parts.Only problem i felt bad for this moped is mileage of this moped as per arai it has shown u will get 45kmpl mileage.But in actual you will get around 40kmpl till 15000kms after that you will get the mileage of around 25 to 30kmpl as per you maintain this moped.And other problem with this moped is costly body parts and low resale value.So as per me if you are looking a moped with top build quality stylish looks and best riding experience then you can invest your money in this moped the only problem you feel with this moped is low mileage and costly accessories. Otherwise in features wise comparison with this moped you can go for tvs ntorq and aprilia sr 150 you will get attractive features in this two mopeds,but looks,colours and handling wise vespa wins......And additional one good feature of vespa is it shows low engine oil and low battery indicator.

Vespa sxl 125 should be bought only by rich kids for jolly ride, because this bike doesn't meet middle class requirement. Vespa's statements are just fancy like their bike. They assure 55km/ltr in reality you get avg 20. When you speak to service team, they laugh at you for trusting them. There is a customer benefit which states - vehicle's resale value is protected & improves over a period of time. No one could answer the meaning of this statement. In fact, resale value for this is much lower than others and over period of time you will loose plenty of money on fuel. A team tries to collect feedback, but no progress with vehicle quality. Hope this helps the new customers.
