Only one word for such a garbage EV (TOOOH).Within one year and 4 months, the vehicle was with the service people. The battery has a lot of problems and was given for service again now they are not replacing nor returning the old battery. Many people have reported the same issue. It's a defective EV. My request is for all not to think of buying this EV.

ETrance Neo is the best economical electric scooter in India. Pure lithium battery is awesome. Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.
