I bought the ETrance Neo for my father, who is a retired teacher, and it’s been the perfect choice. He finds it extremely easy to ride because of its lightweight build and simple, gearless operation—just turn the key and go. There’s no clutch or complicated controls, which makes it very senior-friendly. Plus, the low running and maintenance costs fit perfectly within his pension budget. We’re genuinely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it for older riders.

Great for College Students

I am a college student, and I needed something affordable, stylish, and easy to maintain. The ETrance Neo fits all those needs perfectly. It's lightweight, doesn’t require a lot of strength to handle, and is very economical. My parents are happy because there’s no fuel cost, and I love the convenience and eco-friendly aspect.

Very inferior accessories parts are been used, even if the battery is half charged it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to recharge, the leg mat slips very often resulting in loss if not taken care of, and too many jerks are experienced even at low speed, the headlight is also ok, not even a year has passed it started rusting.To be frank not at all worth this cost. Even after complaining to customer care, nothing is been done. The only assurance is been given.
