The battery is not at all good, after-sales service is worst, don't buy.With such a service Pure company will shut down very soon, and they will suffer as common people suffer after buying bile from them. The worst company showroom and service center also closed due to the company's behavior. the license should be withdrawn.

Worst product ever purchased in my life. The battery stops working after every 30 to 40 days by the voltage is down. In fact, the dealer swasti enterprises try to skip free service and even didn't makes reminders to customers for service. Eventually, the warranty laps and then they can charge you a thick sum of money. The battery is not reliable I have faced a battery stop issue 7 times and still counting..., vehicle quality is poor, and the customer service center is a joke they won't listen to any problem. Regretting purchasing this vehicle. In fact, the behavior of the staff is also not good at showroom swasti enterprises, especially mechanics.

Total waste of money don't buy this scooter

This is a very bad product total waste of money and a total of time I am buying this scooter for 15 months old I am changing this product every part and every parts cost is very high, the all-electric parts are not waterproof, the drum brake not working, disk brak not proper working, battery not proper working speed switch not working etc.
