While buying the showroom owner was treated well after the owner's experience was worse. It's been 2yrs I've been using the bike quality is not good and now the battery issue is worse so please don't buy this company bike. My battery has been gone just for 10k km telling me to buy me a new battery cost of rupees 40k. Worst feels

Total waste of money don't buy this scooter

This is a very bad product total waste of money and a total of time I am buying this scooter for 15 months old I am changing this product every part and every parts cost is very high, the all-electric parts are not waterproof, the drum brake not working, disk brak not proper working, battery not proper working speed switch not working etc.

1. Had happily bought one that will save petrol, and will save the environment. 2.The driving experience was also fine.3. The weight of the vehicle is very less and the performance is also not good. Build quality is also very poor. The suspension starts to make noise in a few days.4. The company had only one service center in Indore, which was very difficult for me. If you have any problem, they speak directly to you. We will not be able to help you. Take out the battery and bring it to our service center.5. I will give you a suggestion to buy a petrol scooter instead of a pure ev because pure ev doesn't hold any value after 1 year. When it's one thing the battery will go bad. Then you can't do anything about it. Nor does it have any sale value. Even if you are not happy with activa, at least sell it and you will get at least 50% of your money back.
