Yamaha Motor Company has recently increased the prices of its fully-faired motorcycle, the YZF R15 V3. Following the price revision, the motorcycle demands a premium of Rs 1,200 now. The latest colour-wise ex-showroom (Delhi) prices of the YZF R15 V3 are mentioned below.
Thunder Grey: Rs 149,100
Racing Blue: Rs 150,200
Dark Knight: Rs 151,200
Besides the change in prices, the Yamaha R15 V3 remains unaltered in all other areas. It boasts an aggressive styling inspired by its larger siblings like the R6 and R1. It also gets modern features like a full-LED headlamp and tail lamp along with a fully-digital negative LCD console. With a clip-on handlebar and rear-set footpegs, the motorcycle offers extremely committed ergonomics.
The highlight of the motorcycle is its 155cc, liquid-cooled engine that incorporates variable valve actuation (VVA) technology for helping the engine rev freely. It is capable of pumping out 18.37bhp at 10,000rpm and 14.1Nm at 8,500rpm. Transmission duties are handled by a six-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch. With an 11-litre fuel tank, its kerb weight stands at 142kg.
